Great stuff, if you got a savage 64 precision, with the thick barrel, you won't be able to level the adapter since the magnet base is too narrow but it still works fine. I wish there was a way to verify the actual scope alignment to the barrel, some rings will throw the alignment off.

that looks all fine and good, but if the handguard is not level with the action, wont that give you a cant? I'm by no means an expert on the point, but I thought the idea was to have the scope level with the action. not the barrel/handguard?

Is there another way if i dont have a picatiny on the top. Its a hunting rifle?

The Level-Right Pro comes with a standard barrel mount as well as the Picatinny top rail mount. standard barrel mount works with most hunting rifle configurations.

Just did the same thing. I'm using the Vortex Pro Series rings in extra-high. Solid and the height is great.

Doesn't work on AR unless you have a Free Float handguard with picc rail. I have a Magpul MOE handguard on my OR S&W Sport 2 and it still wasn't enough. I wish I would've known this before I purchased this last week.
