'The heart of the beast is gladdened, new blood to course his veins, to flush away the 'gooeys', to ease the aches & pains.
A canter now is needed, fresh beasties stuck in fins, eagles to bounce off your visor & a thousand other things.
For summer's growing old again & the MoT needs done, some Red-X for the bird's nests & then a damn good run.
They may smile when they hear you coming, with their gauges & testy thing.
But when it comes to a build by the RQB, who the hell needs bling?' . . . . . . Gently does it & Happy trundling : ) x

Plus I'll have to move the igniter unit. I don't want the regulator to over heat it lol. Hopefully it wont take to long, I'm a woman on a mission! lol.

This build reminds me of my first rat bike. I was out of work in 94 and was given a 80's Kawasaki 440 LTD that I built in my apartment. Thanks for bringing back found memories.

On my motorcycles and trike vw engine block there is a copper sealing ring on the drain plug.
And I have seen that there is no sealing ring on your engine block.
Is this the case with Suzuki?
Or has it been forgotten by the previous owner?
For the rest... it's perfect done, none can do better.
Thanks and your right, there's a thin copper sealing ring but not clearly shown in the video. Sorry about that hun
