I really like the way you steamed the meat. A lot of people don't steam meat using pepper and to me pepper is a MUST use for meat, fish or chicken. Thanks for the video, it's really nice.
I thoroughly enjoyed your video. It was so detailed. But I want to know what I can use as a substitute for potash since this substance is not very good for the body. You even mentioned that in your video. Thanks.
You can use what we call “Ngu” in Igbo language. It’s burn plantain back ground to powder. Check the local food stuff area of the market. Especially where Igbo women sell food stuff.
Hello 👋 Thank you for watching ❤️ if you don have the goat brain available just go ahead with the rest of the ingredients. It will still come out tasty 😋
Hello! Akaun or Kaun or Akanwu (as different tribes call it) is also edible potash. It’s just a local name for it. They are literally same thing. Thank you for watching and hope this was helpful ❤️
Hi, you can try that. I honestly havnt blended it before but who knows it might turn out ok. The idea is not to have a very smooth paste. Let me know how it goes. Thank you for watching.
Lovely video. Pls what do you do when the brain is missing? Some African shops abroad discard the brain before its packed for sale. In fairness, they do not know that it's d most important part. What do you use as an alternative for the sauce to be yummy pls?
Hello Cynthia 👋 That’s so sad to hear they dispose the brain. I cnt say of any other alternative to the goat brain. Just go ahead with the rest of the ingredients and I’m sure it will come out quite tasty too. Thank you for watching ❤️

People eat snake and lizards, and worms. Some people behave like they have never seen a village before or they don’t come from one.
