      It definitely is possible to do exercises for this. I would recommend any of the PSSE schools. Schroth is my favorite.

      @@AlignTherapyUtah We do not have good physical therapy centers. I have a C-shaped bias that starts from the lower back towards the right. Can you guide me to exercises related to this condition?

    A scoliosis of this extent can get worse over time? Is it possible or worth trying to reverse it? I mean it’s barely noticeable,
    pain might be persistent though…

      If not painful then we don't worry about it. It shouldn't worsen but might later in life with degeneration.
