My battery life has been fine - two days easily. Despite other reviewers saying that the device runs hot, and the battery is very poor, I decided to bit the bullet and order. The cameras are excellent- better than my 14 Pro Max, that I sold to buy this. If I were you, I’d listen to Jay. The guy gives a very honest, positive and outlined review of the iPhone 15 Pro. Thank you, you’re very much appreciated. ❤
This is one of the only youtubers I trust. I bought my note 20 ultra from watching his videos and still have my note lol just put a new battery and display on it so I should be good for one more year.
I still have the older 14 Pro but I always keep a MagSafe battery pack nearby. I only had to use it a couple of times in the 10 months that I’ve owned the phone but it gives me peace of mind.
I’m on day 1 with the regular 15 pro. Got up at 6 am with 100%. Took a shower and got dressed (maybe 20 minutes) and the battery was already at 96% with me not even touching it. By the time I finished getting ready for the day and went to leave it was already at 90%. This is probably about an hour after taking off the charger. I’m hoping it’s just because it’s the first day and everything needs to adjust but idk, it’s not looking good. I previously had the 14 pro max and 13 pro max before that. Might have to exchange for the 15 pro max.
I have had an 11Pro Max for 4 years. By far the majority of the photos that I have taken have been with the 50mm F2. I don't think I have taken 50 frames with the ultrawide. To me, the 15Pro Max is un-buyable with 2 limited-use cameras. This 15Pro is a bit better, but without a 50mm camera, I don't think I can make the switch.
I picked up the iphone 15 pro yesterday and i also have the limit charge to 80% and left this morning for work with the phone at 80% and when i got home the battery was at 63%
Using iOS 17.0.3 on my iPhone 15 Pro. Overall performance and battery have been great. I have not experienced any of the overheating issues that seem to have everyone so concerned. At this point, I have been curious if these initial reported issues were repeating or simply isolated to the set-up of individual devices. My battery life has been good to great, ranging from heavy use to moderate activity. My preference is with the size and pocket able 6.1" iPhone 15 Pro. I easily get an all-day battery with plenty to spare after a busy day. I am enjoying the upgrade. So far, I have no regrets.
Couldn’t agree more…after updating the ios and 3rd party apps..the battery life has been good tbh…but I do make sure to charge till 100% with optimized charging
Yeah there was a lot of talk about the battery which was the thing keeping me from pulling the trigger. Thanks for clearing up a few things. It goes to show you can't base a decision on what all the early adopters say after having the device for 8 minutes. 😂
I got the blue 256 with this phone you can get a external hard drive for 4k 60 pro res and you don’t have to save anything to your phone so you have the ability to to shoot movies without cluttering up your phones memory so you don’t need a 1Tb this is great I like this phone but I want the white one now they didn’t show me at the store when I got the blue one
Hey J! I was curious if you had experienced any WiFi issues with the most recent iOS update on your iPhone 15 Pro in regards to frequent disconnections from your WiFi network, apps not loading, the settings showing you're connected but no Internet available...?
I think it's a great looking piece of hardware though it's kind of disappointing just how long Apple have been keeping their same design language at this point. Of course it's functional, etc..though would be nice to have it feel like ya aren't buying the same phone twice.

Did you get the 15 Pro or Pro Max? And if you went with the smaller size, what made you decide that over the Pro Max? I have the 14 Pro to relate.
Battery life is crazy on 15promax I’ve been getting over 24 hours with heavy use, this phone is truly amazing
Got the 15 pro on launch day. It’s a great device. Gets me through the day with 10-15% left. Great cameras

He makes great videos. I'm paying more attention to him now.
Agreed... J, Tmcp and flossy carter are the you tubers that talks from the perspective of the real ordinary consumers on our daily life of use...

Three normal 15th and 15th plus are also with "smoothed out corners"! ✌️
correct! Wifey got the 15 Plus.

Got the 256GB natural titanium, great device, great battery life. Pricey though.

Me neither I have the 15 pro max and it’s great no heating even when playing games.

Is your phone getting pretty warm while taking some pictures or recording video? Thanks
What is your average onscreen time?
I’m loving the 5x telephoto. Allows you to get some incredible candids at a distant.
The 15 and 15 plus have the same rounded edges too
Great review, but I can't stomach the dynamic island for sitting farther away from the edge than the notch. It's very distracting to me.

Is the battery life alone worth upgrading to the 16 pro or is it the same
Need that 'bumpy cam' 😂
15 pro 17.0.3 getting 6-7 hours which is average for me on any device so it’s fine.
Can you do a video on 15 plus please? Great content btw. Cheers from Portugal
i thought i was gone upgrade my 13 pro max but i love my phone i think ima wait for the 17 pro max hopefully they change up the dam design

I keep my phone on dark mode that’s the key to better battery life

I will go into it with a sim card I can switch between phones on my leisure.
