I bought a 15 Plus in Black as I wasn't able to get a 15 Pro Max. I absolutely loved the 15 Plus, it is for me the perfect iPhone. I then returned the 15 Plus as I had the opportunity to get the 15 Pro Max. Having 120hz always on display is nice but the day to day experience has been so similar to the 15 Plus. Having the 15 Pro Max now makes me really see how good the 15 Plus is. For me personally, now having the 15 Pro Max, it's not worth it over the 15 Plus unless you plan to capitalise on the pro camera features and the faster read write speeds over USB C on a regular basis. The only real worlds benefits for me on the 15 Pro Max has been the Action Button and the Pro Motion display. If I could go back, I would have kept the 15 Plus.
I am dealing with this same issue right now. I’ve got a 15 plus 512gb and have the opportunity to pick up a 15 pro max 512gb today for 200 pounds more. I really don’t know what to do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m still in my 14 day return period.
@DipsyMum29 Well, just stick to the 15 plus. In my opinion, you are still gonna get a good amount of the pro feeling and a large amount of longevity and awesomeness. The only basic difference is that it's 120hq and the pro video quality like the pro res and always on displays wouldn't be available on the plus series aside that the 15 plus is a big upgrade and saving 300 to 400 bucks is actually s solid idea in my opinion
I went for the iPhone 15 Plus and right out of the box, I'm absolutely impressed with the very good battery life. Based on my normal usage, the phone still had 13% battery life after about 50 hours... I did not expect an iPhone to last like this.
One thing that TH-camrs don't mention is not just the weight of the Pro Max. It's the fact that it feels unbalanced. The top half (where the cameras are) is heavier than the lower half. The 15 Plus feels more balanced.

i haven't bought the phone, but i'm really leaning towards the Plus. I don't use much of the pro camera features and the action button would just be a bonus to me. 60Hz also isnt a problem since i'm currently using the iPhone 8 Plus and the S23U and it doesnt affect me at all.
Coming from an iphone 13 pro max with promotion display i have to say i just upgraded to the iphone 15 plus and you hardly notice the refresh rate, the only reason to get a pro now is the cameras if you use the cameras enough then go for it if not the regular models are the way to go

I upgraded from an iPhone 11 & I have to say I absolutely love the 15 plus is a big difference coming from an older model iPhone . I spent a week trying to decide, coming from the 13 pro max. Memory was the biggest problem for me with the 13 pro . I figured at 256-512gb the price difference is $200, and you get better build material with the titanium, 120hz vs 60hz, better processor chip, and a slightly better camera. I think of it like: $50 for tianium, $50 for refresh rate, $50 for an extra lens $50 for A17 pro = $200. Settled on the 512gb Pro Max for offline Spotify and downloading Netflix movies for future trips. The speakers on both the plus and pro are extremely impressive.
I’ve went for the iphone 15 plus instead! I was so surprised when I unboxed it! It looks so beautiful! The 48mp camera on the plus is a beast! Photos turns out so detailed, gorgeous (8k res with res control enabled), and it has very very good battery life!
Plus battery ain’t a joke heavy use got 17 hours, now I’ve changed it to 5G auto and allowed more data so should get 12 hours, from the original standard
You don’t have to unlock your iPhone to get to the camera there is a camera icon on the Lock Screen or you can swipe right on the lock screen with or without having to unlock your iPhone to access your camera ( your choice) or you can swipe down if you have it on the control center or if you have the assistant touch on and the camera on there then you can access it from there too
Here in New Zealand there's a eye watering $650 price difference between the 15 Plus and the Pro Max. So the 15 Plus is the one for me. Besides, it does pretty much everything the Pro Max does anyway with the added benefit of it being quite a bit lighter. Nice vid mate👌🏻

How heavy is 15 pro max after cover and screen guard..is it easy to carry in normal sized pockets or it draw them downward..will it cause fatigue in hand after decent use time??
I encountered a glitch when adjusting the brightness or volume, the screen brightness flashed quickly, the column I was adjusting also jumped and then stabilized, in a few minutes of adjusting it, it doesn't happen anymore, but if I leave it for more than 5 minutes and then adjust it, the glitch comes back! I encountered it on ios 17.2, and still have it on 17.2.1
This is all about the refresh rate! I would buy the 15 Plus 100% over the 15 PM. But 60Hz is just bad, I notice it extremly and it is like that phone costs 100 dollars...
Most of the time normal person do not care about refresh rate some people love to keep their old iPhone longer and it some people still buying older iPhones

I just exchanged my 15 plus for a 15 pro max, I upgraded initially from a 13 and I just felt even tho a simple feature it wasnt me spending all the money unless i had the 120hz screen and for resale purposes it seems the promax wll retain more value
We have a price difference of $410 between these two models (Plus Pro Max) in France. I won't be getting 256GB, and I won't have 120Hz. However, 120Hz is not worth $410 for me. I don't use the camera
This didn’t age well, software update fixed the over heating issue. Also the 15 plus isn’t more efficient when it comes to battery. It’s just not running as many bells and whistles as the pro so therefore lasts longer. If the pro max was running at 60hz you’d get an improvement also. The 3nm a17 pro chip is more efficient than the a16 in the plus.

Coming from 13PM. I chose the 15PM. Super battery life, storage, macro, and the 120hz! Happy with my decision 🙂
I still confuse which one to buy so give me some information about the 15PM is the hot real and if it’s real is it like normal or is it too much ..?
I’m thinking of switching to the 15pm cus my 13pm screen has issues and the battery isn’t that great on mine

I’m going with the 15 plus a welcome upgrade I’m currently using the 12 pro not saying it’s a bad phone at all just saying I can’t wait for the larger screen and longer battery life

Hello I’m currently using iPhone X and I’m not a great photographer but a heavy user. I’ve had a bad battery experience in iPhone X.. as an upgrade which one do you think will help me 15 plus or 15 pro max..
if you are a heavy user i suggest you go for the plus as the battery life is amazing and maybe the best battery in the market for the moment

Update : 15Pro & Pro max are getting Display Issue ( Green Display / White Display) Because of Too much hot it damage display Lines.

I just exchanged my 15 plus for a 15 pro max, I upgraded initially from a 13 and I just felt even tho a simple feature it wasnt me spending all the money unless i had the 120hz screen and for resale purposes it seems the promax wll retain more value

We have a price difference of $410 between these two models (Plus Pro Max) in France. I won't be getting 256GB, and I won't have 120Hz. However, 120Hz is not worth $410 for me. I don't use the camera

This didn’t age well, software update fixed the over heating issue. Also the 15 plus isn’t more efficient when it comes to battery. It’s just not running as many bells and whistles as the pro so therefore lasts longer. If the pro max was running at 60hz you’d get an improvement also. The 3nm a17 pro chip is more efficient than the a16 in the plus.
but question is - why buying 15 plus, when is still available 14 pro max for same price...
Plus has better battery life and crispier images with the new camera but no third lens. 14 pro max has 120hz..what's more important to you?

@@DigitalSlangthat's right but with ios don't think majority including me won't bother with 60hz unless u compare it side by side with pro max. In short 15+ is 90% of pro max. Use that 200-300$ to buy airpods pro or watch. Appreciate your quick response.
