lol 😂 yeah unfortunately this time the markup was done by the manufacturer lol but it’s a start the dealerships have to do something if they want to get rid of these vehicles nobody wants to pay these ridiculous prices. Thanks for the reply and the feedback my friend. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
@@littlekennytv5668 Manufacturers were complicit with dealers in artificially raising MSRP prices long before Covid. That's why the average price paid before Covid for trucks was $10K lower than sticker price on average, over all brands. I took my 2019 F150 for $14K below MSRP and I could have gotten $1500 more off if I took a truck that qualified for further rebates.
Thanks a lot for the support, my friend. I truly appreciate it. It means a lot to me. Have a happy Thanksgiving and thanks for checking out the channel.
Good luck getting that off the more affordable models. It’s still going to be like $77k out the door. Two years from now it will be worth half. They add back in a bunch of stuff from biogas doc fees, double charging freight, carpet protection, rebates you don’t qualify for, etc.
I think you could still get a really good discount and probably still get the $11,000 off. I’m just about any tundra because they have so many but you definitely have to check with them to make sure but I have seen $11,000 off at a couple of dealerships thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
Yeah, I think it’s a good idea to hold onto the last naturally aspirated V8 for as long as you can. The new tundra looks good and has a lot of power but most people want to buy a vehicle that’s gonna last for a long time and won’t be in the shop all the time ! Thanks for the reply in the feedback my friend have a happy Thanksgiving
Yeah, that’s insane people that are buying trucks right now either have a lot of money or they really need a truck or they’ve been saving for a while. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
$11,000 off this inevitable paperweight that will wind up back at the dealership waiting months for backordered engine replacements that may still result in the same failure. WHAT A DEAL!
Yeah, I hear you but hopefully not hopefully, they figured everything out between 22 and 23. Thanks for the reply and the feedback my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
I hear you, my friend I wish they would put the V8 back in the tundra that would be awesome, but I just don’t think it’s gonna happen lol the 5.7 they had was pretty good thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
I hear you my friend it would be nice if they could bring back the V8 but I don’t see it happening anytime soon thanks for the reply and the feedback my friend. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
Yeah, you need to go in there and talk to them if you’re in the market I’m sure they would do some type of deal because these trucks are just overpriced. Thanks for the reply and the feedback my friend. Have a happy Thanksgiving. Thanks for checking out the channel.
We need public numbers, not shady backroom deals that keep insurance and maintenance prices high, similar to new home developers hiding their incentive fees that should be reflected as a lower selling price to lower comps in the market and lower taxes along with everything tied to inflated values
I have a 2014 V8 Iforce which I purchased new turning 100K miles. I will never give this truck up. I would consider new if I could get the same engine.
lol 😂 that’s crazy. They must have a lot of money in Texas or not very many Toyota dealerships but I get it if I was in the market. I definitely be buying a Tacoma or a tundra if I was looking for a full size truck more than likely thanks for the reply and the feedback, my friend have a happy Thanksgiving
I'm WITH YOU MAN ITS ALL READY MARKED UP TO HIGH THEY SAY WE'LL TAKE OF THEY NEED 2 TAKE OFF 17K & TUNDRA'S & 12 OFF TACOMA'S LOTS MIGHT START SELL TRUCKS...
Yeah, I was told by Sales Guy that it only affected 2022s and 2023s and that it wasn’t like a design effect or anything like that but who really know lol I asked if they were offering any extended warranty for free or anything like that and he said no lol so the 2024 and 2025 should be good to go, but I guess only time will tell. I haven’t really heard anything as a reason but I haven’t really been online too much. Thanks for the reply and the feedback my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
I have a 2001 tundra i bought new and have only 131k on it. I will keep it as long as possible. I would rather buy a HD truck for the amount that they are asking for a new Tundra.
I was told that the 2024 Toyota tundra should be good for as the engine recalls this truck shouldn’t be affected. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
For sure, especially with the off-road package definitely a pretty good deal. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving.
It’s just something about the Tacoma. The tundras are cool, but the Tacoma is the best of the best lol I just seen a lifted third generation Tacoma in Barcelona red while driving my Tesla and practically broke my neck looking at it. Super nice truck. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
You’re absolutely right, my friend especially with the high interest rates and the high MSRP timing is everything. Thanks for the reply and the feedback. Have a happy Thanksgiving. Thank you for checking out the channel.
I would be happy to see the $11,000 off on the Tacoma’s 15,000 off of tundras and they will all be gone lol but one can dream it will be interesting to see if we actually get to 10,000 off on the Tacoma. Thanks again for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a good evening.
$11,000 off is pretty good and from what I’m told the 2024 haven’t been affected by the recall thanks a lot for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a great day

Congratulations my friend and your new truck. That’s awesome. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy your new truck.
Tundras don't sell here in san diego.. we get them in and dealer trade for tacoms.. that's where the money is.. we did have 4 tacos stolen off the lot in the few last weeks
Yes, all about the taco lol 😂 that’s crazy that you guys had four of them stolen. Tell me more about this. I like to do a video on this. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
This is true, but it does put out some pretty impressive horsepower and torque numbers for the twin turbo charge V6 thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving
It’s in Oregon. The dealership is in Oregon city Oregon Toyota of Gladstone. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving, my friend.
Right that’s a good question. I talked to some sales people and they said they’re not hardly making anything if somebody gets that $11,000 discount lol sounds like it could be a little bit of a rough time, but they could also sell a lot of these trucks really quick if they have really good discounts chicken one day and feathers the next, but that’s how Sales go thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving
NewTundras are overpriced for a Six cylinder and more recall issues. I would not trust these engines for a few yrs and everything calms down. Toyota Corporation has let down its previous customers. I’ve owned Toyotas since 2005 and all I ever have done is routine maintenance.👍 Lift kits are just asking for trouble down the road. Toyota engineers did not design these trucks with this in mind for longevity and reliability.😬
I hear you, my friend hopefully we don’t see any more recalls or bad engines in these tundras. One of my buddy said 24s and 25 should be good. Let’s cross our fingers. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel. Have a happy Thanksgiving.

@ Falkens are great tires the first 10,000 miles or so then they seem to accelerate wear and only give about half their rated wear. Personally like Cooper or Nitto seem to wear nicely.
That is the way to go.. 👍🏼.. right now more dealers are offering no down payment lease with premium model.. I mean , I like the option of being able to change models every 3 to 4 years and have warranty. The year of keeping it for life as a pride of owning one is dying . But that’s just my opinion. I do own a couple of vehicles but now I’m leasing just to get the worry out break downs and having all the latest safety and comfort techs 👍🏼

Let’s be honest here, the discount is only just the mark ups coming off 😂

Need to be $35k off lol
lol lol 😂 good one thanks for the laugh my friend. Have a happy Thanksgiving. Thanks for checking out the channel.

They can take 20k off but without a V8, it’s never going to be worth it. Regardless of HP etc

According to the sales manager at a west side dealership here in Houston, Tundras and Tacomas are flying out the lot like crazy without any discounts.
lol 😂 that’s crazy. They must have a lot of money in Texas or not very many Toyota dealerships but I get it if I was in the market. Sure, because dealership sales managers are some of the most honest and trustworthy people on Earth.😂
Still to much no thanks 😂😂😂
lol 😂 you got the money 💰 my friend lol 😆

What about the ticking time bomb under the hood? I never heard Toyota officially say that issue has been totally resolved.

Lot cheaper than Tacomas
I was told that the 2024 Toyota tundra should be good for as the engine recalls this truck shouldn’t be affected. Thanks for the reply and checking out the channel my friend have a happy Thanksgiving.
