About To The Core:
To The Core is an incremental game about drilling and using the resources from the planets in the solar system, buy upgrades to drill even further and deeper than before!
A solar system awaits you, plenty of planets to choose from to find and drill their resources, however be careful to not waste any fuel if you wish to drill more of that resource.
Travel the expansive solar system to find planets with varying resources,
each planet is stronger than the last so you'll need to gather upgrades.

If you click the Upgrade once, you can then spam it with the space key and not have to click. For me that's easier/quicker. Works on any button, including prestige. Also, turn off Shiny Blocks if you're doing prestige challenges, those shiny blocks are tanks.
what are shiny blocks for?
@@alla-turcaI think the shiny block give more resources when compared to normal blocks. I don't know how much. I assume its exponential. They could also be used as an obstacle to increase the difficulty of the planet/moon/stellar object. Even in the end game, if you hit a shiny block you will die because of how tough they are.
@@alla-turca They give a massive multiplier in gems and resources when broken. Making them a good way to farm gems before unlocking the final moon. After that point, they just get in the way.
YOU DONT NEED MORE GLASS OR COAL! In crafting the gray number on the left is the amount in the queue. You have over 151Q glass in the queue. You don't need to keep making glass. You just need to wait.
what I came to say.. numbers below what you have shows how much you have queued and to the right how many more you can craft. That infinity booster is the key to the end game

Drae, you should probably see if you can upgrade how much fuel you start with or fuel regeneration. Remember that Fuel is also your Health. You have all this armor and max health but you can't use it because tapping against anything kills you anway since you start with basically 1 percent health.

@@osccart1168 Completely false. Fuel upgrades are one of the first 5 upgrades have available to you and continue to available throughout the entire game.
At this point, fuel upgrades are hardly relevant. They are only useful until you get access to armour. After that point, they are just something to dump excess resources in. There is no point in trying to dig blocks that damage you once you have ranged options available.
@@rendomstranger8698 Ive nearly 100% the game and the fuel is one of the most imbalanced things in the game. It really doesn't feel right to start out with empty fuel and have to wait a second for your drones to fill you up before you can start. IDK why it funtions that way but it seemed the more upgrades you got to health and fuel the less efficient it became.
Edit: At least untill you get the infinity box, but that leaves a large section of the middle of the game that just doesnt feel right because you are ALWAYS at 1% hp and have no real way to fill it up or use your technical max health
Drae, make sure you have at least 1 core per farm, otherwise you only produce 1 resource per second.
nah, i also just put everything into one ressource. You usually only need either gold or diamonds. the rest is easy to farm.
dont forget you can toggle the gravity lock with shift so you dont get bounced back that much when hitting a block, also regarding the sand/glass, you have 151.391Q queued, its just that you only produce 77.258B/s. Another thing, if you struggle with staying alive in areas like the supernova, you might want to use the damage reduction tool you got. Also, changing to supernova only changes the sun, it has no influence on the other planets

yo Drea try using shift, ctrl, or alt while upgrading. usually games like these use those keys for there x10 x25 and x100 upgrade multiplier.

Tip for the supernova, aim your drill away from the planet so when you bounce, you bounce towards the core.
Takes a bit to get the hang of it but it makes that planet a joke after you do.

If you want to survive more easily you can point the craft away from the blocks youre mining and you wont take damage, so you can just sit on top of them and let your drones do most of the work!
Hey Drae, the number abbreviations can be confusing, so here are the main ones
Q=Quadrillion(quad=4)
QU=Quintillion(quin=5)
SX=Sextillion(sex=6)
SP=Septillion(sep=7)
OC=Octillion(Oct=8)
NO=Nontillion(non=9)
DC=Decillion (Dec=10)
Other multitudes follow but they tend to be shown as exponential numbers, like 30^10 = 5.90490000000E14... big numbers suck 😂

You need to prestige supernova to unlock the black hole stage, which you only did at the end of video. There is a bit of a glitch with the prestige box for supernova since it can remember the box from the sun, being the same planet, and you haven't prestieged the supernova before.
It seems like such a simple game, the sort I wouldn't normally watch multiple videos on, BUT I am very much enjoying the stupidly huge numbers and chaos.
Focus on grenades upgrades. In late game these are the number 1 dmg dealer.
For circuit boards and quantum boards you need more gems.

The infinity box is hilarious, you definitely need that in your life. Easy to upgrade to max level through farming too.

When you do the challenges switch off shiny blocks, they are rendering a lot of resources, but they are extremely sturdy, so it's much harder for you to punch through to the core. Once you get your desired multipliers through challenges, then you can switch shiny blocks back on for farming (when time doesn't matter).
Prestige the sun for it to maybe become a black hole (because the block health increases impying that the density increases) which you can then mine the singularity for the infinity box which is very very helpful. Maybe
He didn't prestige the supernova before, the prestige box was from the Sun. Now that he did prestige it the black hole stage is unlocked

The way the crafting works is that the gems upgrade the bulk crafting so with the glass you are already crafting 15T glass but you need to use gems to upgrade the bulk crafting to be able to actually craft all of that glass

You know Drae, you might as well start at the beginning of your upgrades and go through it piece by piece. Just upgrade to the max, even if you don't need it, so you don't have to go back until you literally only have upgrades to fill in at the edges of your trees. And also finishes off the need to put seeds in simple resources you don't need after that.

Draw singularity is from the black hole, which is accessed at the same spot as the super nova, it unlocks at the highest vision level. By getting to the core of the black hole, you win.

Let me help yo out with big numbers, M for million, B for Billion, T for Trillion, QU for QUadrillion, QN for QuiNtillion, s for sextillion, sp for septillion, O for Octillion, N for Nonnillion, D for Decillion and so on, if you want there is a video on ytb that count to 1 Millinillion (10^3003) which is pretty insane, hope that gives you a better understanding of big numbers :P
The supernova might be easier to get to the middle of if you moved to the left (WITH the relative motion of the spinning blocks) instead of the right (AGAINST the relative motion of the spinning blocks.)
I'm not quite sure if I would like to play this game or not. I'm leaning towards not as it seem very repetitive and time consuming, even though I do like incremental games and watching numbers go up and getting stronger and stronger and unlocking stuff. So I'm not really sure. It's very possible playing it and watching it would be radically different experiences.
The infinity box is so ridiculous lets just say i gave myself a goal prestige every planet/moon to 100 and get 50 cores in everything after i got the infinity box it didnt take that long to prestige every planet/moon to 100 and every seed to prestige 50 i only have 1 steam achivement left to do to 100% the game and thats the 10 million broken blocks achivement im at about 4.9/10 million blocks broken

was easy enough to tell when it was just K, M, B, and even T for trillion was easy enough

idle games tend to use these big numbers a lot like cookie clicker and perfect tower
keep mining the home planet and the ice planet and their moons to get cores. i finished the game with i think over 600 cores, everything upgraded and enough money to own the galaxy in about 12 hrs!!! just about to start my second playthrough
if you doing the challenages turn off shiny blocks its makes 100% easier Lol

Millions, Billions, Trillions, Quadrillions, Quintillions, Sextillions, Septillions, Octillions and Decillions are likely the measurements they're using.
youre getting + zero damage from that specific skill because youre at zero out of 80. you have tons of damage. but 0 of it is from that specific skill
Drae : gold is soft
Well if a planet is made out of gold, the mass make the planet so dense (and hot by extension) that it would explode due to massive heat radiation from the core, so in some way the game is kind of realistic by the fact a gold moon is extremely dense (and by extension, hard to mine) but at the same time, the moon would collapse on itself and explode, making you able to get some gold from the debris.
I guess this game isn't realistic at all in the end XD

I actually got this game on steam and got all the achievements before you've finished this series. Took me like, 18 hours
Keep in mind this game has bugs. When you click on the sun and change prestige, and then change to supernova the menu just stayed there. The menus do some weird stuff when clicking from the sun to other planets too
Just so you know, it would be better for you to equip the laser instead of the siphon because at max level the laser boost all ur dmg by 3 and if you can get the infinity box then all ur other equipements are gonna be useless lol like this thing overpowered lmao
QU = Quattro Undecillion, AKA big freakin number. That’s 45 zeros in one number, so drae’s money at the start of the episode is around 25000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
Honestly the farming seemed kinda pointless. By the time I unlocked seeds I could just go farm a planet in seconds and just shot the prestige up to stupid levels.
You could take all you're cores from everything and put it in gems for a minute or two to get a lot of gem quick, probability.
I'm the biggest sucker for upgrade games, one of my favorite type of games. Keep the content coming my northern brother

try clicking on the super nova again and you should see the black hole stage which is the end of the game but if you don't see it it may have bugged and try beating prestige 1 and clicking on another planet then back on the sun
Turning off shiny blocks (which have way more health) helps a lot when doing challenges
Deze you need free cores to get multipliers, don't out them all into seeds! It's been bugging me for a while now.

my man your ship only takes dmg from the drill head hitting the blocks so if you point your drill up then you can fall to the center of planets easier

Having to click alot for upgrade sounds like you could use a clicker software.
If you need somenthing you gould farm it relay fast by getting all the cores out of all the other seeds and puting them all in the seed you need for some time
auto-clicker is a thing.... There's also free versions of Macro.
Idk why he get little gems with the gems equip, im getting SX gems from like a 40s prestiges home
