There were actually some games like this out before Spore came along. I remember a little game called Flow, and a very similar flash game I sadly forgot the name of.
Excellent game play, I'm amazed I haven't seen this recommended on youtube already. Had to buy it. I was always annoyed the cell stage of spore wasn't longer.
Maybe you could try arranging your offensive tools like the net and poison to shoot backwards, that way you can use your superior mobility as a smaller creature and kill the big guys while running away.

Btw the reason your so big is because when you were placing the building blocks of your charater you where placing them on the dot further away from the place you were puting them down b/c if you were to do it on the first dot it would be more compact
mycophorus is still new, the developers will try to buff it like later so it could be more playable also there are zooids that synergizes with each other
Have you played "Thrive" its like this, but more realistic, but still starting off as single cell lifeform on an alien world\ocean, and evolving into a multicellular predator or plant creature, but with very hard science

Yeah. This game actually works. Cell Stage was the only part of Spore that really did what it was sold as doing and it works here even better.

ok a few things 1 the bombs should be placed on the back there mines 2 you can use the grabbers to lock your self in a spot an have 0 knock back

I like this game so far, not much variety of Cell parts but the placement and combinations is what's important to this game.
there are about like 40 zooids in this game or something, its not shown much in the video yet
