    Thanks a lot. I was looking for this after watching her Google talk. Kelly McG is probably the most reliable expert out there on the topic of willpower and I was curious to here her conduct the recommended mediation guidance. I was not disappointed.

      Meditation cannot be defined, thats like asking "What was before Big Bang?" - Big Bang didn't happen a long time ago, it is happening right now (Einstein - universe stretches, X-pands). And as an explosion, will one day implode, and "friend", brother, sister, lover, thesis become anti-thesis, becomes synthesis, becomes thesis, and round and round it goes, in endless variations of the very same sound = "Any description of silence is noize" - Ramana Maharshi.     This 18 minutes and 45 seconds was felt like less than 5 minutes. Even when I was instructed to remain in the state of self awareness if I want I haven't realised that the it's all done!

    Wonderful!!! This is the first and only guided meditation which brings not only an scholar herself but also a natural voice. I am fed up with all those dumb mode sleepy voices. Thanks

      Hello :) It used to be on youtube, but was removed some years ago I think. I downloaded it from here. Apart from Kelly McGonigal's yoga-videos, I am not aware of any other guidances.

      she also had one yogaforpainrelief.com/mindfulnessmed.mp3 a nice 15 min guided meditation. Don't know where it disappeared in the emptiness of universe.
