    I love my Bedrock Sandals! Cairn Evo PRO & Cairn Evo. The Cairn Evo Sandals have a smoother upper and thin flat tough sole better for hiking, riding a bicycle, strolling around town, The Cairn Evo PRO has a toe-triangle bar up front for better traction. Also has water activated extra-sticky Vibram Mega-grip outsole that works awesome on wet environments like rafting, boating, the beach, water parks, even wet floors you are safer and easier to negotiate with that sole like if you were washing your car, truck or boat. What you wear can help you by what activity you are involved in.

    Ive worn them for almost 4 years now. My favorite footwear to wear. Period. I wear them everywhere. Great soles. Slightly narrow, but not an issue for me. They habe been excellent for me. Love that i can resole them as well.

    Dude I’ve been eyeing these Bedrocks for a while now. I’ll stick with my ER’s and Shamma’s. Great review!

      Thank you for watching! I really like the bedrock platform, but just wish they were wider. Shamma has the ibex now if you need something more aggressive. I haven’t tried them, but I imagine they would be great on a trail!

      Man I am so sorry to hear that the Bedrock sandals didn't work out for you man. I love ❤️ Bedrock sandals man. I have the same pair you have & I really don't have any problems with them. I am a chubby fat dude so you would think that I would have a lot of problems but I didn't have any problems with them. I broke them in slowly & even worn them to work in. I will emit though they are a lil bit of a narrow sandals. With me having very very Extremely wide feet 🦶 I called Bedrock & They said for me to trace my foot & they can make the sandals to fit my wide feet 🦶 with no problem. So I trace my foot & send it to Bedrock & they made the sandals for me but it's still not wide enough for me. My 4 & 5 toes hang off the footbed of my Bedrock sandals. It more of my lil toes that hang off the footbed more. But I am use to that because it's the same thing with my flip flops 🩴 too. My lil toe hang off the footbed of my flip flops 🩴. For people like us with wide feet 🦶 the sandals should be a lil bit wider. But I love ❤️ the sandals cuz it's a lot easier for me to put on my feet 🦶 since I have very very extremely wide feet 🦶. I had my Bedrock sandals before I got my Shamma sandals. I use my Bedrock sandals for everything. I like using them more for kayaking. I don't like to use my Shamma sandals for kayaking just because they are So thin for the river with all the rock in the water the. Bedrock sandals are better for that. But other than that I use my Bedrock sandals & Shamma sandals for everything Else except for Driving. I can't wear my flip flops 🩴, Bedrock sandals , or my Shamma sandals when driving. I have to drive barefooted 👣 because my foot is so wide that my foot Touches both gas & brakes pedal at the same time & I have to look down at the pedal to see where to put my foot at so I don't have a rear end collection. I wish the sandals had worked out for you man. I like how you showed how the sandals look like being on man. Good video buddy thanks you for sharing it.

    Great review man!! I actually pulled the trigger myself on some cairn pro ii's a month ago, and while I agree they could be wider I haven't found a sandal that keeps my feet securely in place as well as the Cairns. The thickness is welcome after switching to 100% thin footbeds for my footwear the past 2 yesrs!

      Thank you for watching! I agree that the security is a great. I also bet you get a lot of good traction with the pros! I am personally not a ultra minimal purist I think there is definitely space and a time for thicker sandals. I also found when running in grass I liked the bed rocks more then any of my thinner sandals.

    Now they have a model with only 7 or 8 mm. And 1 continuous strap like Luna.

    I’ve heard that Bedrock is coming out with a wide version of the Carin soon!

      If that’s true that would be amazing! The platform and materials are great, but to me they definitely need to be a little bit wider!

    I have a wider foot, I’m gonna get Shamma or Luna. What do you think about Lunas? I’m not a runner, I want it for casual wear.

    Just bought these after doing my first couple of barefoot runs to give me some more protection from sticks. After putting a few miles in, they are doing a good job. Dont like the look at all, but you xant beat the price.

    does your feet slide when in contact with mud? I've done some OCR in Lunas but my feet are slippery with mud on the footbed.

      Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to get into deep mud with these, but I think they would hold up well. Also, I think i saw another video on youtube we’re a guy drilled holes in them to help with draining water and keeping them light. They straps are pretty heavy duty and would probably handle tough terrain. Hope this helps!

    Same experiences, cool design but the footbed istto stiff, I wear these for hiking and these are undestructable...I am an altra guy like some cushion and bedrocks are like concrete and you get blisters, big con! Best for me would be a luna footbed (I don't like the wings) with the bedrock upper! I think they release a soft footbed model in spring, I am super excited...

      Thanks for watching! I really want to like the bedrock, but they just didn’t work for me. If they came out with a wide and soft foot bed though that would be a killer sandal.

    Very well deisgned strap system. Just wish they weren't so insanely narrow. Most people already in barefoot style shoes will find themselves spilling over the edge. Odd design choice.

      @Jackalopeadventureclub  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I agree, the strap system is probably one of the bests I have seen and used. In a way I see these as a very capable sand, but more for someone interested in starting to hike/run in sandals. If they came out with a wide or road version they would probably some of the best sandals ever!
