My 5.0 vs an srt8. His horn wasn't working at first which is why he honked twice fast causing me to jump then he hit the third and got the jump on me.
Mustang:intake, tune, catback.
SRT8:cammed, intake, tune, catback.

Good race. I also own a 2008 300 srt8 cammed by Inertiamotorsports and i have a buddy with a 2017 5.0. We raced mine cammed vas his stock and I would take him out from digs and rolls. “2car win” and he just tunned it races again gets me from a dig at a roll 20mph I get him by like a car n half all the way till like 120 then he catches me. Those 5.0s are fast cars

That looks, sounds & acts like a stock 300 C with a stock 5.7L.. maybe a srt design which looks like a srt but still has the 5.7 hemi in it. A stock 6.1 srt8 wouldve ran outta your life, definitely not one with those mods i can tell you! The vids are out there of the real 6.1 srts hurtin alot more feelings than most people expect! Ive seen the 6.1 cars take down 392 6.4 scats and 6.2 ls3 camaro ss. The coyote mustangs are usually pretty easy. My favorite meal when i had mine was a mustang! I never been beat by one!! Everybody talkin weight but overall wet weight compared between most 2 door coupe muscle cars they weight about the damn same

I've got a playlist on my channel called the best car on earth. You can clearly see it walking away from everything I just told you. The newer Mopars are much heavier and not as good a motor. The bigger newer hemis are less reliable and don't hold as much boost or mod potential... Look up 6.1 srt 300 vs whatever and you'll see. There even lighter than the chargers of same year. You can see more videos of the coyote 5.0 getting gapped than you will the other way around that's just facts. Whoever's too stupid to see proof in the pudding is just that dumb.

@marlon mobley, the 6.1 stock has 425 hp and 420 lb-ft tq, the Coyote here if stock has 420 hp and 390 lb-ft tq, so I would not say it doesn't stand a chance. The deciding factor that works against the 300 is weight and possibly gears as I don't know what gears these cars were running.
