How to make Jackson Cross Cylinder or Construction of JCC

The Jackson cross cylinder is a combination of two cylinder of equal strength with opposite signs.
The Jackson cross cylinder is sphero cylindrical lens in which the cylindrical power is always twice the spherical power.
The JCC is has two principle meridians at 90 degree apart.
it has a handle which can flip and both meridians are interchangeable.
