Can I ask something please answer ! In the final selection of cylinder axis in bracketing why do we prefer the minus axis (90) in this example. We could also choose (+180) axis. As the plus axis was at 180 when the handle was at 135 degree.
If a patient chooses the position number 1 then on position number one..you have two options, plus cyl at 45 degree or minus cyl at 145 degree for example.. So it's your choice now you want to go for plus cyl at 45 degree or minus cyl at 135 axis. But always minus cyl is preferred.
In bracketing .. We can choose -minus cyl at suppose 90° and we can choose + plus cyl at 180° as well. There is no solid logic behind it. Minus cyl prevent magnification.
Some of them tells that in jcc red line indicates minus and plus line indicates plus and some of them tells that red line indicates plus sign and green line indicates minus which one is correct sir
Mr Khurram you are a rare talent.Very good presentation.Keep going. ☺️
Thank you so much 🥰
Sir ur teaching method is literally attention grabbing 👍🏻 Thnk u so much
Glad to hear that
you made it so easy.. i was very confused earlier... thank you so much for clarification.
You are most welcome. Keep watching 💎
MashaAllah sir....Zbrdust app ka teaching method bht acha ha
Thankyou you for this compliment.. Keep watching us.
Also tell me is there any need for checking in other axis if the patient doesn't prefer any position at 135 degree handle
You will check 4 different axis, 90,180,45 and 135 by putting handle of JCC at 90 and 45

Yes we can choose +Cyl as well.
But minus cyl is preferable, patient satisfaction and adaptation will be more in minus cylinder
Sir can you please teach about writing the final prescription….?
I don’t understand how we add or subtract
You explained well it surely helps student keep it up bhai👍👍👍 see you on top InshAllah
Thankyou my dear wajeeha.. Your comment is courage 💐
@@optometrywithkhurram6867 welcome bhai May Allah grant you more success Ameeen
In oblique and vertical axis , I am confused which axis choose .
Why are you choose - cylinder 90 degree at position no 2.

@@optometrywithkhurram6867 ok thanks Sir .
Mr Khurram , At the end of the video why did you choose -cyl Axis 90 instead of +cyl 180 any reason please reply thanks .

Red line is axis of minus cyl
Why only axis 90 and 45 and 180 and 135? What about other axis? Why didn't you bracket them?
From 0 to 45 area 1
From 45 to 90 area 2
From 90 to 135 area 3
From 135 to 180 area 4
Actually we are bracketing the whole whole pattern of axis.
Thank you sir
Thank you
Very well explained sir👍
