  • Weight Transfer Video - Fundamentals Part 1
    Weight transfer is a critical but very misunderstood part of vehicle dynamics. In this video I cover the basic fundamentals - what causes weight transfer, why we are stuck with it, how to tune with it - even why the name weight transfer is incorrect :)
    Look out for Part 2 which will cover dynamics of weight transfer including the effects of roll centres, springs and shocks.

    @ 7:00 the more weight on a tire is only more traction IN A STRAIGHT LINE, NOT in CORNERS, this is the basics of tuning the handling, at the end you correctly point this out.

      That's a standard part on the B6.3d :)
