You can only add a few tablespoons of bleach for an entire load. We bought the Samsung front load new 6 weeks ago. Horrible, horrible customer service. The washer only leans your clothes if they aren’t really dirty. Sweaty clothes, bedwetters clothes, or whites that you would like to use bleach for disinfectant make this washer not a good choice. It allows you to put a few tablespoons of bleach for a load with washcloths, dirty white socks, tee shirts etc. when the bleach bottle tells you a half cup to 3/4 cup. So, the germs remain. Things you would like emerged in water make Samsung not a good choice. HUGE buyer’s remorse. Miss my top load agitator style washer. It simply acts like a dryer drum with enough water to wet your clothes but not cover them with water. Clothes don’t smell fresh after being tossed in a circle while wet with a dash of detergent.
Using the fabric conditioner compartment as per the instruction book as well as this video is as clear as MUD. Do SAMSUNG not want therir customers to be angry = if so clear instructions should be delivered with a new machine same as any boiler, looking at what cusrtomers should rightfully get looking at the issue through the eyes of an engineer.
My question if anyone knows the answer or has a link to a video explaining. How does this separate them? When you take the drawer out you can see it's all open at the back and there's only one hole for all the liquid to travel down and when you pour your prewash in with the drawer open it goes down the hole then you pour your main detergent in and it goes down the same hole so they mix then you shut the drawer and idk what happens next cos I cant see it but I'm no sure how that would separate them?

How much detergent is satisfactory for one load?
Main wash in most machines is compartment II. At least in Europe😅
