13 mins through this conversation, and it really does discuss some of the most important problems of the education system, I loved the healthcare analogy, and it speaks miles for how much there is yet to be done, probably looking back at the history we can readapt certain things with the help of technology.
NV sir is my guru, still remember how seamlessly he made mechanics and Current Electricity so engaging and enriching to learn(online)!! I feel like with NV sir embodies that 1st principle thinking approach in all walks of his life that he inculcated in a lot of students like us. Loved the conversation with Pratham, got to learn a lot about the fundamental design structure of the education system and what needs to be done to inculcate real value into it. Thanks a lot!!
Really a great discussion This is what happens when two great people talk Really enjoyed a podcast after a long time First time i have seen NV sir and i must say he is great teacher in whatever subject he teaches I think he teaches physics
I tried personalisation in the Brightso classes for every student, and here is how it went. In our whole life, we have been taught the same topics, with the same examples in a class of 40-50. However, every human being has a different mindset, different goals, and a different capacity to understand things. We are teaching content creation to students to help them grow their content. But every student has a different niche and is at a different level in his content journey. I decided to divide the learning structure in two ways. We teach the concepts through pre-recorded content, and when students come to the live class, we focus on doing Q/A for 45-60 minutes. We only invite mentors who have over 5+ years of experience in the industry. Every student spends 5-7 minutes with a mentor to ask questions related to his goals and vision, which helps him grow even faster. We conduct 2 live classes every week, and apart from that, once every 2 weeks, a student has a review session where his work is reviewed by the mentor, who is an industry expert. The mentor shares live feedback with the student.
After seeing this podcast, I have also realized these problems in the EdTech Sector, IF I am wrong Please correct me. 1. Personalized guidance 2. making awareness of the other options 3. learning how to learn and think 4. practical education 5. help to find the interest in the child 6. integrate ENGINEERING + MBA colleges with industry like MBBS with medical hospital etc..........
Hey. Sir I want to took admission in your college but I can't afford the fee you are charging. And that's unfortunate for our country a good education is always for the Elite class.
Hii dear, we are working on a startup to help everyone at their teenage to polish their skills and help them making personal brands and grow their sales, converting skills skills and hobbies into sales. Would you like to join..
Yes, Like master Union, attract talent based on tests, and select some top percent students. and give free education in the master union. I think this is a solution in this recent scenario...

The problem is there is no medicine in education , and moreover most patients have one or two illness , in education we have multiple illness
How about chartered accountants
