It probably happened that 2 people were doing the lotto at the same time and saw that they got the same thing. True rng does not exist ij any game so they figured out it's "rng" is just based on date /time sinxe it would be unique every single time. From there is just trial and error

You might be doing it too early or too late. Gotta make sure right when the screen fades to black that it’s at the 29 second mark on your timer. Your input will vary based on your switch model and your game being physical or digital.
