I love cheese. I love it so much. Cheese is like my spirit animal. But I had one of these deep dishes from a place called giordanos before and they’re sooooo weird. They taste so weird. They taste like cream cheese. The texture of it tasted like a weird cream cheese and it was just off putting I could never try this type of deep dish again tbh. No matter how flaky and crispy it may appear.
The pizza was right out of the oven, demonstration only, if it sets and slightly cools its bomb bomb bomb on a plate, I'm from Chicago and deep dish pizza is a game changer from that floppy doughy style pizza you have to fold to eat.
