I’m here out of curiosity since I already do the trick. I would suggest showing both methods of 360.The second being the one you come almost vertically to the bar, it’s easier than this since you don’t have the fear of being almost horizontally on a high bar.
How do you avoid callouses and skin pulled from your hands? I get some bloody tears just from doing pull ups. So those swings seems like tear city... I don't mind, in a sense that I can finish my sets even if its painful, who cares. But maybe it's avoidable with some trick or grip?
Buy chalistenics gloves or gym gloves asap, I had the same issue and train ur grip strength overtime. Dont pull the calluses or cut them with a knife like I did, it will fu4k ur hands up for a while and they will keep tearing up, moisturise ur hands as well.

I saw when you swing you do a little pull up with your hand on the front is that important?
Yes it’s important to pull on the front swing, but on the way keep the arm locked
How to spin in air with no mat
In 360
Start slowly rotating from 1/4 spin, and eventually into a full 360 just becare full to not skip any step in the tutorial if you dont have mats
When I 360 my body is nearly vertical and your is horizontal how to fix that it kills my momentum after grab to do another skill
Use more front swing for more airtime

grab the bar more in a false grip and dont let it slip too much have a steady grip

Swing 360 is less scary but harder
