Babies start laughing around 3-4 months of age. Enjoy the little moments as they grow up too fast! I found that breastfeeding really helped with postpartum weight loss! Norah is so adorable and looks so much like you! Good job mama!

I have a 6 month old and I have been feeling the exact same way the past week as I have been going shopping and feeling so discouraged trying things on and not recognizing myself. I honestly absolutely loved being pregnant and felt so confident in my body for the first time in a long time. Now that I’m in this new body, it’s hard to adjust. I’m also breastfeeding so I totally relate to the accessibility piece, and goodness gracious my chest is HUGE and I can’t wear anything close to tight 😅 So thank you for sharing this and definitely know you’re not alone!

Hey Hailey! My son started smiling shortly after turning 3 months. I understand your postpartum struggles. I have been there and I also tell myself that my body has protected two babies and grown them.
I have a lot of comments so forgive me 😅 1. I don’t remember when my son laughed for the first time but it is absolutely the best sound you will ever hear. Maybe even better than when he said mama for the first time. I think it was around 4-5 months though. Maybe? 2. Thanks for opening up on the postpartum body! I still look in the mirror and can’t recognize myself but I also have had to come to terms with the fact that I have a binge eating disorder, especially when I’m stressed and anxious. And being a mama is so amazing but so exhausting and stressful at the same time! 3. Kindred Bravely is a great brand! I have a couple of their clothes, not for nursing, but just because they’re so comfy! 4. Have you heard of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library? They send free books for your child that are age appropriate. They don’t send to every state but you can always check ☺️ 5. Are you going back into the classroom this upcoming school year?
Been watching you since your set up classroom videos lol I’m not a teacher or a student but I always loved playing school as a little girl. I am a momma to a 15 month old , do the love every boxes have things for toddlers ? You look great … I know then feeling tho of being overwhelmed . but don’t always look at the size of the tag and get discouraged . I use the WTE (what to expect app) and peanut . Lots of support and words of encouragement on there even after a having baby.
Do you use a white noise sound machine? My first was hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. Once we started using a sound machine she slept so well and we both felt better lol. My second never had a sleep issue and we used it from day one.

My baby is 5 months old today and sorta started laughing at 4 months but it’s a lot of work to get a little chuckle out of her
