  • Let me guide you through a 30 minute mat pilates routine to ease lower back pain, strengthen and stretch the lower back and increase your core strength without strain. We all get back pain every now and then and as long as you are sure it's nothing more than the aches and pains of a busy life and the ageing process, this is a simple way to help your body become a little more comfortable. If you have a lot of pain please don't ignore it, go see your Doctor to be sure it's nothing serious.

    Did this class right after your 30 minute cardio video. Felt so good stretching out after the cardio. Then helped hubby clearing 5”/12 cm of snow from our driveway after yesterday’s storm. This ole lady is having is taking it easy now…

    Bin gerade 75 Jahre alt geworden. Rachel, ich bin schon suechtig nach Deinen Übungen. Begonnen hat es mit Knie workouts, jetzt bin ich bei Morgenuebungen dabei. Alles, was ich bisher von Dir gesehen habe, ist super. Thanks a lot!!

    Lovely mat session for lower back, perfect for this cold, rainy winter day! I love that I can do mat sessions in the afternoon, balance might be dodgier later in the day, but I’m safe on the mat!😉 Nice way to balance my day - chores or baking/cooking in the morning, a mat session with Rachel in the afternoon to flex, stretch & strengthen! Thanks for all you do to help us keep moving, safely and effectively, no matter our age, fitness level or health issues. You’ve been a lifesaver through the pandemic and my long-term recovery from brain surgeries!❤️‍🩹Youve helped me stay positive and focus on the fitness and abilities I have, not what I’ve lost.😊💪🏻🦵🏻🥵🤗🧡💛💚💙

    Hi! I just wanted to tell you that I did some exercising on Sunday, which somehow caused lots of lower back pain for the next 2 days. On Tues, I decided to try a workout that could help. I came across your workout and did it. It was truly miraculous!! After the workout, although I still had some pain, majority of the pain was gone :) By the days end, and for sure by the next day, I had completely forgotten about all the pain I even had!!! Thanks for posting this video; it was such a help and relief! So happy I decided to try your workout and believe somehow it would help! It truly did and am so thankful to you!

    Wow! Best 30 minutes I've spent ever for my back! Been doing too much driving and sitting and this has already relieved some of my pain! Wonderful!
