Something I do when I want to check comps but don't want to draw attention to myself is I go into the dressing room and bring a bunch of items with me and use Google lens! Lol
We don't have dressing rooms😭 They took them all away during the pandemic, and never brought them back... so sad

Thank you for your videos! I always struggle on when to post items that may not be the right season. Will you post the North Face jacket now or wait until end of summer? I have drafts ready to go but I hesitate because I would like the best bang for my buck :)

I went out and found 1 thing, a pair of gold coated Mother Jeans in a size 32. Some fading on the seams but otherwise perfect. It’s slim pickings here for sure at every GW I go to. No value village here

On seniors day here at Value Village there is a line up waiting to get it. I turned 60 last November so I thought ya I’ll go early and to my surprise a long line up 🤣🤣🤣

Look for the size dot in the pocket. If it have letters and numbers around it. It’s newer. If not it’s older than 2017-18 ish. What you pay for it is relative to your ideal profit margins and what you can sell it for. We all sell things at different prices and have different quality listings.

do you send out offers on newly posted items (same day) or do you wait until their a little older? also, if you do send an offer is it just a small offer like 10% or do you send your best offer to try and move the item?

So crazy I can’t give away Rails plaid shirts anymore when I started reselling 5 years ago they would resell for 50-60 dollars but now I won’t even pick them up at the goodwill bins where I can get them for dirt cheap… they are great shirts very soft but not worth the pick up here

I found some lulu yesterday and went a little crazy and ended up with mostly older pieces and I think I overspent on it. I see what it’s selling for, how can you still make a profit? I am still learning, I will probably make my money back but I don’t think I will make much. I’m trying to think of it as a way to attract more people to my closet anyway, live and learn. I looked in your closet but it would be helpful to see what you will buy sell and make on those items. Do you just not send offers on lulu items? I’m not sure how high I can price things, do you ever sell full price? Anyway, thanks for your advice! They handed me my lulu in an Aritzia bag and I thought to myself , hey look I’m Tabs today!
Great questions. I try to only grab lulu with letters and numbers around the size dot those would be 2018ish and newer. Those items tend to hold best value. Value depends on so many factors. I would look at sold and price to allow a discount ❤️
