    I recently visited the clinic and had a disappointing experience. Here are my key takeaways:
    - The initial counseling before meeting Dr. Vineela was unprofessional and impractical. They advised not attending any events or traveling, which is unrealistic in today’s busy life.
    - After counseling, the wait time was at least 2 hours. When I asked about the delay, I was told it would take 2 more hours, which I found disrespectful to my time.
    - The clinic’s ambiance was more about self-promotion with pictures of the Vineela everywhere, but not a single success story or testimonial from clients.
    - When I mentioned that I’d leave due to the excessive wait, the staff didn’t seem to care.
    In conclusion, I felt my decision not to proceed with them was the right one.

    To all the people aiming to lose weight
    1. Sleep early wake up early
    10.30 PM to 6.30 AM
    2. Drink water as much as your body needs (different for different people depending on body type and work)
    3. Eat lite dinner preferably boiled vegetables and one roti that too early by 7 PM.
    4. Avoid oily snacks between two meals
    5. Avoid regular fried items
    6. Avoid eating out frequently
    7. Have vegetable based curries in plenty in your meals
    8. Occasionally go on water fast like once a week for 12 hours straight
    9. Walk for 30 to 60 mins 4 times a week
    10. Get rid of unnecessary stress as much as possible
    Follow the above tips and maintain a healthy weight.

    I am in this program already did 3 weeks n they r not responding at all since 3 days I am gaining weight n I started having constipation problem n cramps.

      I'm not a nutritionist, but I can give you advice based on the research I read. For Constipation issues and as such overall health, increase the fiber content in your food. The best sources you can add to your daily routine are Chia seeds/Basil Seeds and Psyllium husk. read research articles - there's lot of published research.

    Hi there,
    Great initiative by you for raising your voice and challenging them. If she's a genuine doctor or nutritionist expert, she would definitely be OK to come up for a debate with co-nutritionists/doctors. She doesn't have a minimum knowledge of health and nutrition.
    If she's concerned about public health, why is she not concerned about her son's health? She just watches a couple of inspirational videos and then tells the public about them in Telugu. For all celebrities, she uses the term "favorite" and doesn't seem to know any other term.
    I've seen a testimonial where a client mentioned that he did a "special diet." One thing I understood is now she wants people to be attracted to that "special" diet. She also says she just guided her clients in testimonials. Where is "she" in the picture? Her team responds to messages.
    How can people trust her team and their guidance? Are they also nutritionists? She has a website. If she had multiple well-knowledgeable nutritionists in her clinic, she would exhibit her team and their educational background.
    Nobody needs a lot of publicity if they are really good in their field. Guys, please don't invest your hard-earned money in these people.
    I believe even famous actress has put on weight, and she's just covering up herself. I'm commenting based on the recent videos and shorts she has been releasing.

    1 date: 33 calories
    Nuts: approx 100 calories
    Pomogranate : 20 calories
    Fig: 60 cal
    Total Breakfast: 213 cal
    lunch calories
    Roti: 80 calories
    Curry : 200 cal
    Cucmber: 30 cal
    Total : 310 cal
    Dinner Calories
    Dosa: 100 cal
    Chutney: 200 cal
    Total : 300 cal
    based on above values : 213+ 310+ 300 = 823 cal
    She also claimed she has done walking and Zumba.. lets say she burnt 200 calories based on the activity.
    As Vineela says she goes by BMR, the client needs atleast 1,942 calories. but they are getting only 823 calories based on above calculation.
    There are many famous nutritionists like Rashi Chowdhary etc who provide recipes and very valuable knowledge.
    Just focus on learning something useful, eating in the right portions, and doing some activity so you feel refreshed. Weight loss will happen automatically, but it will take time. Don't expect instant results.
    Try Growwithjo workouts on youtube. She has a playlist called "12 min fat burn series". Start with that and just increase the time as you advance.

    Exactly same thing happened with me and I suffered severe gastric issues , got hospitalised and when I spoke to them regarding this they suggested me to have pan tablet but it’s not safe to have everyday , and they asked for doctor reports and I’ve sent them ,
    Then they refunded the amount I’ve paid to them
    It’s same diet for everyone !! I wonder how few celebrities are loosing 30-40kgs !!
    I appreciate your genuineness of bringing out the truth behind this so that others don’t waste their hard earned money and health in search of loosing weight 👍

    Afternoon konchem rice with 1 non veg and 1 veg curry or any 1 curry with dal and some vegetables
    Evening snacks ki seeds + dry fruits
    Dinner ki oats or roti with any curry and 1 glsss of butter milk is more than enough and a few minimal workouts. 10k steps a day is better than going to gym because we should gain energy at any cost not losing it.

Another word from me... morning edaina vegetable tiskondi for eg., sorakaya then dani paina lemon sqeeze salt veskoni and eggs 2-3 omelette or boiled elagaina kaani butter or neyyi tho cheskoni tinali then day motham em chetha vesina kadupulo glucose anedi proper ga untadi body ki idi nen daily follow avuthanu naku maa personal physiotherapist cheppindi...chala manchi change undi skin lo kani body lo kaani. If possible try it once. You may use any vegetable. Baked or raw or sauted in butter.
