One note of feedback as a barber. I want to see this cut as a bigger transformation. It seems your cuts are already somewhat trimmed where you take barely anything off and it looks good but hard to see what you actually did. If it was quite a bit longer and you had to take a couple inches off the length and layers it’d be alot more noticeable. Thanks for the videos tho they are still helpful

I always have a shag on my head,although I'm female. Had the same haircut for years. I am a huge Rod Stewart fan and he had an iconic shag. I used to tell the hairdresser as a joke in a british accent,"give me a shag" . I then got maturer through the years and realized that shag also means something else in England. After that I told them to give me a shaggy haircut and choppy with lots of layers. I can't imagine how awkward they felt.

I wish my hair would hurry the hell up and grow out so I can get a cut like this. I like how the back is all layered. I have pretty thick hair in the back and the sides and it does get big as it grows. The front, not so much. Its getting thin. I'm hoping as it grows out, it gets a bit thicker.
