Risk manager here: 🙋🏼♀️ since he will have so many vehicles in there ( and maybe even a mowers and trackers) with living space above the garage and batting cage next to the garage it would be a safe good idea if he puts a few vents in the ( top and bottom) of the garage doors. Carbon dioxide rises. If any vehicle are left on or if gas can fumes from mowers accumulate it could be bad!!!!! Please share this comment with him. Thanks
As contractor who has worked in Risk Management he can install a ERV(Energy Ventilation System) to bring in fresh air without losing temperature control and Carbon monoxide alarms throughout.

We bought just 1 acre in the south end of Columbus and we've been viewing and looking at all kind kind of barndominium plans and ideals along with your channel as well, You have become a big inspiration to my wife and myself out in the desert doing your thing. It's beautiful. I am a single mom of 2 ( which are 20 and 22) and I wanted to build houses next to each other without a mortgage for any of them. And I also wanted an area where I would be able to grow my own food. 5:09
