Brother is in the USA, but I'm more familiar with their computer peripherals, and I think I had a Brother label maker that I got 23 years ago. My mom has worked at a Bernina store for 25 years, so I'm sold on Bernina sewing machines. Those are a bit spendy, but they can last a good 10-20 years or more.
As someone with POTS, I do not stand up in church. Church services in a lot of the various denominations have frequent stand and sit cycles, and this aggravates POTS in a hurry. Most times when standing in church, there's no room to keep the legs moving, which is also tough. God is perfectly fine if you don't stand in church. It sounds as though you may have been getting the bradycardic pauses, or at least bradycardia, like I get when my heart tries to recover after some POTS flares. Thankfully you finally found some medical personnel who could give you better care. Get copies of your medical records from that smaller hospital, so that you have them if you end up having to deal with a bad doctor at the larger hospital! It's medical negligence for a doctor to be dismissive of you, especially after the smaller hospital personnel detected those heart rhythm issues!
I’m really sorry that you’ve been going through such a bad time. I hope things improve for you. Take care. x I’m having an endoscopy in a couple of weeks time & I’m dreading it. If possible, please say a prayer for me.
Quick errand run, more like quick distraction run, lol. Fainting sucks. I faint from POTS all the time. I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully, there's not a long wait to figure out your heart issue. ❤
Hopefully your doctors can find a decent treatment for you on the POTS. There's a wide array of medications available, and what works for one POTS patient might not work for another. There's about five or six different types of medications to try. Compression calf sleeves and saline infusions can be helpful.
Thats typical Australian doctors, especially ED doctors. The amount of times things have been said to me is crazy. Every single time (except once) that I have left my specialists' hospital, I have left in a panic attack or balling my eyes out because of that sort of treatment. I absolutely HATE hospitals now and avoid them unless I'm getting critical or my regular specialists' appointments. It's crazy what they say/do and how they make us feel. I'm sorry you went through it too.
ED/ER doctors in the USA can get really bad, too - especially if someone has a rare or uncommon medical condition. I was given some medication I reacted horribly to. Pretty much any doctor who feels like a patient has a lesser-known medical condition can mess with their ego, and often the bad doctors would rather screw up or berate the patient instead of taking the time to learn more about what their patient has.
Wow can’t believe that doctor was that’s rude but glad the other doctor helped you and I had to get my blood taken latley and I’ve been having bad fatigue and tiredness my blood tests came back not so good, im Waiting on my gastro doctor to telling me more about the blood test results but yeah my fatigue has been so bad, hope u can get ur fanting and heart stuff figured out that must have not been fun/scary
I love all of my Brother sewing and embroidery machines.
Ain't they the best 🌺
