You’re right, we must commit to adapting, I’ve felt that way for years, but sometimes I get so unmotivated from feeling so drained and gutted like a fish haha. But, you just inspired me to get creative today! I could maybe nap for 10 minutes, and work on school work for 10 minutes, in a pomodoro method-like fashion. I could adapt or quit, I choose adapt! We can do All Things through Christ 💜💜💜

I know exactly what you mean about swimming costumes. As a Latter-Day Saint/Mormon I find it really hard to find swimming costumes that are church standard. I don’t want ones that show my boobs & bits. The ones for children are also awful at times. I also struggle to often find normal clothes that are church standard. How are things going with your feeding tube etc?

I was diagnosed earlier this year. Good days and Bad days are legit. Lately I’ve only been getting in about 300 to 500 calories a day. I know, not enough. But it’s all I can really handle. I am not into vomiting or pushing it to the point of pain but it seems to not take much to get to that point. I hope this will get easier.

Hoping your knee is better. My shoulders are the joints that pop out of place and do weird things in my sleep. It's an EDS thing. Our joints are quirky like that. :) People think I smile all the time, but I'm actually wincing in pain.

Jojo Siwa is trying too hard, or her management is pushing her too hard in directions to try to make the most money. She seems nice, but I've noticed some odd things during interviews with her, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

You should totally learn circular breathing from a digeridoo player! They can keep their breath going indefinitely! The cool thing is that Australia is the origin of the digeridoo, so it should be easy to find people that teach the technique.

As someone with POTS, I do not stand up in church. Church services in a lot of the various denominations have frequent stand and sit cycles, and this aggravates POTS in a hurry. Most times when standing in church, there's no room to keep the legs moving, which is also tough. God is perfectly fine if you don't stand in church. It sounds as though you may have been getting the bradycardic pauses, or at least bradycardia, like I get when my heart tries to recover after some POTS flares. Thankfully you finally found some medical personnel who could give you better care. Get copies of your medical records from that smaller hospital, so that you have them if you end up having to deal with a bad doctor at the larger hospital! It's medical negligence for a doctor to be dismissive of you, especially after the smaller hospital personnel detected those heart rhythm issues!

Brother is in the USA, but I'm more familiar with their computer peripherals, and I think I had a Brother label maker that I got 23 years ago. My mom has worked at a Bernina store for 25 years, so I'm sold on Bernina sewing machines. Those are a bit spendy, but they can last a good 10-20 years or more.

You have a disco ball! That's so cool! Can you set it up, or at least have some cool lights pointed at it to reflect everywhere? Guessing the theme of your cool top, my first thought was Snow White, since I remember her wearing blue and yellow. It also looks a bit like the Ukrainian flag.

I get bradycardic pauses in my heartbeat, where it's almost as if my heart forgets it's supposed to beat again. Usually it happens after a POTS episode, but sometimes it just happens. Your outfits were super cute in this video, plus the Star Wars shirt made another appearance! :) That bird was crazy! Our zoo has a kookaburra, and it seems to like me. It always talks when I visit.

The number seven, hmm? God loves sevens, and you love God, lol. So, a lifestyle and music channel from the preceptive of someone with chronic illness, yes? Just add a bit more of your music in the vlogs slowly at a time. See how it performs. Its the only thing I can think of. I hope you feel close to your normal again soon. ❤

Constructive criticism: Make it more about the song than about you singing it, you hold the notes beyond the tempo. I think in an effort to accentuate your voice. But the song is written perfectly and with perfect time, So if you sing it as written it will sound better. God bless you in your life.

Thats typical Australian doctors, especially ED doctors. The amount of times things have been said to me is crazy. Every single time (except once) that I have left my specialists' hospital, I have left in a panic attack or balling my eyes out because of that sort of treatment. I absolutely HATE hospitals now and avoid them unless I'm getting critical or my regular specialists' appointments. It's crazy what they say/do and how they make us feel. I'm sorry you went through it too.

Wow can’t believe that doctor was that’s rude but glad the other doctor helped you and I had to get my blood taken latley and I’ve been having bad fatigue and tiredness my blood tests came back not so good, im Waiting on my gastro doctor to telling me more about the blood test results but yeah my fatigue has been so bad, hope u can get ur fanting and heart stuff figured out that must have not been fun/scary
