I have been ordering with Stampin Up for many, many years. I will miss CTMH as I do love the company, but I am so thrilled to see all the Creative Design Team has joined Stampin Up and are doing TH-cam videos with their product. So excited to know that Stampin Up will be getting more involved in Scrapbooking as that is my passion. Anyway Erin, here is a little tip that I have found helpful. I put a little dot on the spine of all my Stampin Up cases that include the dies inside. I also keep a notebook with pictures of the front of all the cases. It makes it so much easier to know what in inside each case and to locate what you are looking for. Thank you, Erin, and to the rest of the Creative Design Team for being such an inspiration and sharing your talents. Love you all!
Thank you for your kind words and I am glad you are looking forward to seeing us create with Stampin' Up! supplies. I too am looking forward to seeing SU develop their scrapbook offerings. I am missing my sticker sheets. Thank you for the helpful organizing tip, that is a good idea.
Hi Erin, I have a couple more tips for you. When removing a cling stamp from the stamp block make sure to pull up the sticker and not just the rubber of the stamp or the foam layer could end up tearing in half. The cling stickers are very sticky! Also don’t leave them attached to the block for long periods of time for the same reason. They will become very difficult to pull up of the block. And I have an inkpad tip too. When you get a new pad you will find that they are quite stiff and they don’t glide easier to open or close. This will get better over time or you can put some inexpensive lip balm along the sides of the tracks to grease it, if you will. It prevents losing grip, juggling with your inkpads and risking ink smudges on yourself and/or your project. Love from the Netherlands from a fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
These are fabulous tips, that you so much! I will certainly try "greasing" the ink cases as they are a bit tricky. I did not know about leaving the stamps on the block too long and greatly appreciate you sharing that.

1 more tip about the red rubber I learned as a newer demonstrator recently. If you stick the sticker side to the case, over time it will attach to the case very strongly, and when you try to take your stamp off the case to use it might tear the foam layer also. When I put magnet sheets under my dies, I reused the wax sheet that came on the back of the magnets to put under the red rubber sticky side to prevent this from happening. Other demonstrators also told me that if this ever happens, and the sticker is stuck to the case or a stamp block, take a small tool, tweezer, or your nail, and just get it under 1 small edge of the stamp to break the seal so you can remove it. Welcome to StampinUp! I wish I had heard of CTMH before they went out of business; I enjoy scrapbooking too!
I saw somewhere on a TH-cam video that if the red rubber stamp is large, some people use an embossing anti-static pad to tap a small area on an edge somewhere. It keeps that part from sticking, but allows the rest of the stamp to stick to the case. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the link to the 5X7 envelopes. I had never thought of that solution for when there are too many dies for the magnet that I attach to the case. Will order those today! One thing I've learned with the red rubber cling stamps is to dab my embossing buddy on a small corner of the sticker. This gives me easy access to start lifting the stamp off the block or case without damaging the foam. Wonderful tips; I'll share this with friends.
I really appreciate this posting. I'm embarrassed to say I've been a Stampin Up customer for over 20 years and I didn't know some of these tips. Thank you.
Welcome to Stampin Up😀. When you began showing how to put labels on cling mount stamps (and I have always put labels on), I was excited someone had shown you how to use the clear block to get the sticker on straight. The adhesive between the sticker and stamp is very sticky. Once you mess up, they are nearly impossible to pull off and try again.
Welcome to Stampin Up Erin and all the CTMH Makers! I have been using SU products for about 25 years.I have been a demo since 2015. One thing I do and others may scream NOOOO loudly but on my red cling stamps, after adhering the stickers, I then trim all the rubber that surrounds the image. That is where I and my ladies get ink on that negative space and we have smudges and make a mess. :Like I said, just my personal preference. Brilliant way to attach the cling stamp sticker with a block! I also LOVE how you place the dies INSIDE the cases. I hope the CTMH team will offer ideas for scrapbooking.
Welcome to Stampin' Up!! I am so excited about a greater focus on scrapbooking, and I am loving all your videos (I've been binge watching)... you already know my favourite, and most accurate, technique for adding images to stamps, but I also like to use the left over part of this 'image sticker' to create a visual space for each stamp, which is visible without even opening the case... You mentioned finding a lack of adhesion with your stamps on the plastic case, and I used to be frustrated by this as well, but now I spritz a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol onto the interior of the case, and give it a good wipe with a clean cloth... it removes the oily residue from the surface of the plastic, and your stamps should stay put! 😊
Long time Stampin' Up! demo here. Welcome!Good information. Thanks for sharing. I always label my cling stamps, but I peel just half of the label's protective sheet away and dry fit the still protected side. Then I stick down the sticky half. Removing the other half of the protective sheet, I stick down the other half. I had never seen the block method. I may try it. I, too, keep the surrounding red rubber to corral my pieces and use a magnet sheet for dies in my stamp case.
I used to do my labels that way until til someone showed me the way she showed in this video. This method,of mounting sticker with a block is Soooooo much easier! I love it!
Hi Erin! I’ve been using magnet material with dies for years and putting them into plastic sleeves the “Jennifer McGuire” way for several years now. What I do is buy 8.5”x11” heavy white cardstock from Hobby Lobby at the 40% off price when on sale and cut the magnet material to fit on the Cardstock as per size of the die set. I am now cutting the Cardstock to fit in the DVD case from SU stamp cases. If you need more than one sheet of magnet material, then I would back a cut piece of cardstock and stick magnet on both sides of the Cardstock for multiple dies. I do like the idea of sticking the magnet down to the case if only one layer of dies is needed. I’ll do that from here on out rather than using cardstock for only one side if dies. The envelope tip is a great one too. Glad to know there are plastic envelopes that will fit in there. I use those flap envelopes for storing ephemera in as well. Learned that from a great organizer Lauren Hinds who goes by Craft Some Joy on YT. She also mentioned you on one of her YT vids a month ago regarding the BEAUTUFUL way that you scrapbook. 😄.
Thank you for the cardstock tip to make double sided magnets, that will certainly come in handy 😃 Yes, I do watch Lauren from Craft Some Joy, she does a wonderful job and creates some beautiful layouts.
Wow! For a new SU demo, you are already a pro! Such a great tutorial…and after 15+ years of card making, I’ve leaned new things! Welcome to SU and thanks for the tips. Update: found you again and watched again about the cling stamps!!
Thank you so much Mary, it has been fun learning about the new products and I learned even more from all of the helpful advice and tips in the comments of this video. Su is a great community!
You are doing great, Erin, in getting used to Stampin Up products. Love how you share the tips you are learning for yourself. I never thought of an envelope with extra dies that don't fit on a magnetic sheet in the case. I just used a magnetic sheet that I adhered to a piece of cereal box that I cut to the size of the magnetic sheet. I use the sheets that have adhesive on one side, too. That was a great tip.
I use the block method on cling stamps too. Another trick I use is after I have placed all the labels on, I pull the die cut layer of paper off the red rubber and sticky paper off the label piece. I put the white piece in the stamp case and the red rubber on top of it. This way you can still see if anything is missing and the stamps don’t stick to the case itself. Sometimes they are hard to get off the case if stuck straight onto it.
I am always looking for more organization tips so thanks for sharing your method! I actually adopted this method myself since making this video and it is working well for me 😊
To open the Stampin' Up! inks hold them with both hands and pinch the centre top with both thumbs in front and both index fingers in the back. I use all five colour labels, I put one on each side and one in the groove inside. I put the English on the front edge but the language doesn't really matter, I just need to see the colour. I do my stamp labels differently, I have a few new sets that I'll try your method on. Great vid, thanks ! 💖
Hi Erin, just stumbled on to your video. I have been a stamper for over 30 years. Was very pleasantly surprised to pick up a coupe of new tips from you. I am subscribing to your channel and hope to see more fun in the future. Thanxs
Hello Kerrie, I am so glad you picked up a few tips. I have been having fun learning from all of my new fellow demonstrators and I am enjoying the fun new products.
Hey Erin! Great video! I'm a SU demo from Brisbane Australia. Although I was aware of all of the tips I was still very interested in your presentation. You were clear, concise, professional and just lovely 😀 Thanks so much 💜
Great tips! I never thought to use a clear stamping block to line up the red rubber stamps and their stickers - great idea. This video is very helpful - thank you!
I like the envelope idea to go in the case. I really love the cling stamps, they last longer and better quality in my opinion. I have had photo polymer stamps break when pulling off because they are soooo sticky, but also after regular use in a few years they won't stick to the block anymore even with washing them. I also don't keep the rubber to put my cling stamps back in, too cumbersome , but the case tells you how many stamps are in the set and so I just count to make sure I have them all when putting away.
Welcome to SU! Such great info! I’m so happy to hear SU will be. Switching over to the magnetic ink pad case. I put a post up suggesting it and got quite a positive response.
Erin, I save the black and white sheet from the die set as it will fit perfectly over the stamp set or dies to protect them from each other in the stamp case. I actually put my magnet sheet first with the dies, the die cover sheet then set stamps on top. I save the label sheet from the stamp set and set the rubber stamp sheet of stamps on top of the label sheet. Hope this made sense.
Thanks Erin. I learned a few great tips today. I have been for over 5+ years tried to figure out how to keep dies with stamp sets. Some die packs are bigger than the stamp cases, so I keep them on magnetic sheets in the envelope they come in and store behind the stamp set on my shelves. I also make a label to go one the stamp cover with what die and the product number of the stamp it coordinates with and the stamp set as well. This helps if they get separated. Now Stampin’ up has the same name for the dies and stamp set. Another tip I learned is not a great idea to sick the red rubber stamps with the label directly to the case or leave them on the blocks for extended lengths of time as they are harder to remove, instead I turn the red rubber frame so the paper backing side is face up an put the stamp design side down so you see the image when opening case. I have torn the foam padding after having stored for some time.
Your die storage tips are great! I've been using S' Up since I first started card making, and thanks to you and Dorothy, now using them for scrapbooking. Now I'm running out of room to store them but don't really want to part with any of them either. I'm going to add the dies to the inside of the case like you showed here and that will give me a lot more room. Thank you!
Great tips. On the red rubber I also keep the outside part so I know what's missing. Once you put the label on don't leave them on blocks long after using them. I understand it's very difficult to get off if you do. Having said that you may not want the sticky part facing your dies especially if they're in the plastic env. Red rubber does stamp much better
Use your label maker to create a new label for the spine of your stampcased. Much easier to read!! Also add a P or D to the label showing that you have a matching punch or die.
sometimes when die cutting - I will have extra pieces I didn't use so instead of throwing them away or putting in another container (good luck finding again) I keep the extra pieces right in the case too so the next time I use the set -they are already done and ready to use
Also ... pro tip - I trim around my stickers, as close to the image as I can, then pull off ONLY half of the backing paper, put the half that still has the backing paper on the your stamp, line it up, and then press the sticky side down, pull back the other half and take the back off and then press that to your stamp. By doing this you will be able to pull your stamp off the clear block easier. Sometimes if you put the full sticker onto the stamp it is harder to line up, and it will REALLY REALLY cling to the block, or the case and can be really hard to get it to "release" I've had stamps get damanged because the "stick" so well to the block or the case. I always say that you just have kiss the ink pad lightly, you don't have to make out with it... just lightly kiss it!
"you don't have to make out with it" bahahhaaaha 😂 that was hilarious and I am going to use that one day. That is a great tip for the stickers. I am reading lots of comments about them sticking too well and it's funny because those who have not used them were afraid and heard they would not stick well enough. I do like the idea of trimming around the sticker, thanks for sharing 😃
I surely hope that S.U. will change their ink pads to the magnet cover as I can hardly get the pads open no matter what I try. Hope they do it quickly :) Great video of tips and your presentation is great and easy to understand - welcome aboard❣
Wow! I got the whole set of Stampin Up ink pads over a year ago and never knew about the color name labels that you can use to identify each color. So cool. Thank you for the info.
I love how you have the dies in the case! I'm glad you are finding your way around, it can be hard be the new kid on the block!!! Great tips I loved watching!!!! Also loving the color of your room!!!! and where you have your blending brushes!!!
Erin, this is a wonderful video. I thank u. I’ve been buying SU products for many years and have even been a demonstrator twice but you’ve taught me numerous new and extremely useful things here. Again I thank you
Having used SU products for over 20 years, I still have some trouble lining up the cling stamps with the stickers! This was great. Welcome to the SU family!
Hi Erin! SU Hobby Demo & fan of yours for a while. I learned just last year how to put on the stamp backings like that. Same with magnets for dies. Glad you learned faster than I did. 😊 Look forward to watching your journey & learning new stuff along the way. Welcome to SU! 🫶🏼
Welcome to SU! So excited to see the influx of creativity with our CTMH demo siblings. I've been paper crafting nearly 20 yrs, & have been a demo most of that time. You look very organized. I'm fixin to watch your craft room organizing video.
If you decide to subscribe to paper pumpkin, you get a stamp set that doesn't come in a case. Many of us that have been with SU for awhile tend to use the envelopes from the dies for those stamp sets that are in the PP kits since many of us add a magnet to the inside of the cases to add our dies too. case and
About 15 years ago my sister-in-law was a Stampin Up Rep. I bought a fair bit of stuff from her including ink pads. They sold these wonderful boxes of 12 ink spots or mini ink pads. They are awesome and I do mean ARE as many of them still work and I have never re-inked them. I wonder if the harder pad holds the ink longer. Either way I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the Stampin Up ink especially if they change the cases to be magnetic.
Thank you for the tips on storing and using cling stamps with the dies. I make a copy of the stamp and die set bundle as shown in the catalog and place it under the red stamp so I can quickly see what dies and stamps are in the case.
Thank you for the tips. I sold SU! In the past and learned some things. I’m so happy to learn they are changing their ink pad cases. I don’t have any of the more recent ones but their older ones were always so hard for me to open. And putting the labels on the ink pad cases is new to me.
Hi Erin! Welcome to Stampin' Up! When you adhere the image stickers using a clear stamping block, if you bend the image sticker so the pieces slight separate (they are always in two pieces), it makes it easier to peel the backing paper off the image sticker once the sticker is adhered to the stamp. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Erin and welcome to SU! I didn't read thru all the comments (there were so many! lol), but I put a little bit of Vaseline on a q-tip then rub it on the track of my new stamp pad and that helps as well as lip balm....just another FYI. Am glad SU will be incorporating some scrapbook items as I also like to scrapbook as well as make cards. Best wishes! 😊
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I had no idea about the labels on the ink pads, so now I can see the colours when stacked. Thanks again 😊
I have always been a big Stampin up fan but….. friend introduced me to Close to my Heart ink pads. I have bad arthritis & problems with SU ink pads so CTMH pads are a blessing. Hope SU has made this a priority . Welcome aboard . Hugs from Natchitoches, Louisiana.
Me too! I LOVE SU ink pads but they're too hard for me to open. If they make this change, I'll be all on board with making them my primary ink! Now I am using Simon Says Stamp positively saturated ink and love it except the little cubes / spots are sometimes quite difficult to open. CTMH nailed how to make the perfect pad case! Wish I had heard of them sooner!!
Hello Margaret, you are not alone in having trouble opening the SU ink cases. I too have arthritis in my hands, ironically I am seeing a rheumatologist today and hoping for some answers. I am glad the CTMH cases were a good solution for you 😊
@margaretberry5124 . . . When holding the SU ink pad with the top of the case facing up, instead of trying to pull the case open and then sliding back the cover of the pad, TRY using your thumbs to press down each top corner - right and left - of the case, the cover will pop open. These are great tips. I’ve been using cling stamps all wrong, now I know. Don’t have many, but now that I know what I was doing wrong, I will start using them again. Thanks for the tips and tricks.
I’m sure you are not doing it wrong, there’s always more than one way to get things done. I kept getting the outline of the stamp on my project while using the cling stamps and the moment I switched to a hard surface the issue was resolved 😊
im a red rubber gal. you can also remove the backing of the rubber that you are placing the sticker/stamp. it is somewhat sticky and will stay in your case better. i just ordered those magnet sheets from amazon and mine came with plastic envlopes too ty for showing me i can add two sets of dies in the stamp case. on the su stamp pads, put your thumbs up top and press, the case wil open easier. use chapstick on the groves of the stamp pad case, it will slide easier. and welcome to SU! vicky westra
@@CraftyConceptswithErin use your two thumbs and press on the TOP (above the words stampin up) of the pad to pop open the stamp pad. when sliding your stamp pad open you may want to add some clear chapstick to the case where it slides, to make the pad slide easier vicky.
I just saw your video and have two tips if you don’t already know them. One is to take a picture of the dies before you remove them from their original paper and then it cuts down to a 5 x 7 and I inserted into the backside of the stamp case so when I pull it, I can always see what dies are available in that stamp set. The is for the cling rubber stamps. I take the sheet that the cling labels came off of and insert it between the clear plastic case cover and the case and it is a perfect template for the stamps. I hope that makes sense I had pictures, but somehow I can’t get the pictures into the comments.
Thank you for this! I really messed up my alignment on my first set of cling stamps so I’ll try the clear block next time! I also had no idea where that 2nd ink label should go so now I do. Basically, every trick you shared helped!!
Thanks! Lots of helpful information. (And I was one of the ones that said I would not get any cling stamps. The first one I got was a cling stamp because the house looked like mine lol.)
Thank you so much for your tips. You solved my problem. Not enough room, you solved that one put the dies in the stamp cases. I forgot about that. If you have suggestions on storing embossing folders let us know. And welcome to the Stampin Up family from a hobby demo. Colleen S. From Idaho. Happy Crafting
Thank you for the warm welcome Colleen! I am currently exploring embossing folder storage solutions. For now I have them in a bin and I can flip through them and it seems to be working okay.
Thanks for the tips! I have found that my Cricut prefers CTMH or Creative Memories card stock. Also, SU card stock is so thick (as it is intended for card bases) that I use a rotary trimmer with it. The other bladed trimmer still cuts SU card stock, but the blade wears out very quickly if I'm doing a lot of cuts as I do with my scrapbook layouts.
I store my stamps and dies with the magnet sheet inside and slide the die cover sheet into the back of the plastic case so I have the die info available
Stampin Up has changed their ink pad design not too many years ago. One demonstrator told me if you hold the pad at the hinged end and press down with both thumbs, the open end will pop up to open easier.
For anyone who might not have a Versamat, the Stampin' Pierce Mat from Stampin' Up is another great option to add some cushion when using photopolymer stamps. It's a lot smaller than the Versamat, so it wouldn't be a substitute for creating scrapbooking layouts. That having been said, it's 6½" x 9½", so it's more than large enough to handle any photopolymer set for stamping. It's only $5, so it's also at a great price point. As an aside, it's called the Stampin' Pierce Mat because back in the day before pierced dies came along, SU sold piercing templates that could be used with a craft pick/pokey tool and the piercing mat to add pierced details to project. Thankfully, they've kept it in their product line ever since because it's such a great tool to use with their photopolymer stamps to get nice stamping results.
@@CraftyConceptswithErin Sure thing!! I'm really hoping SU will bring over the Versamat as they start adding more scrapbooking products to their line. I really regret I didn't buy one when CTMH was still around. I always talked myself out of it since I'm not a scrapbooker.
This is all a great idea. However with cling stamps, once you put the sticker onto the stamp you don’t want that stamp to adhere to the back of the case or protective sheet as over time they are hard to remove and could damage the foam when trying to remove them. I have tried storing my dies with stamps and this has happened to me. With the price of stamps and dies whether bundle or not is not cheap. They are an investment. I simply leave my dies in the pkg they come in and store them in a bin on my shelves behind the coordinating stamp. No more damaged stamps. This damage can and does happen if you leave the cling stamps on the block for a period of time. So best to clean and remove from block when finished using everything.

I actually adopted this method myself since making this video and it is working well for me 😊
Brilliant! I have been with SU for 20 yrs, and never saw this or thought of it!
Great tips. Thank you for sharing! ❤️
You are so welcome!
Hey Erin! Great video! I'm a SU demo from Brisbane Australia. Although I was aware of all of the tips I was still very interested in your presentation. You were clear, concise, professional and just lovely 😀 Thanks so much 💜
Thank you for your lovely comment and for checking out my video. 😊
Great tips! I never thought to use a clear stamping block to line up the red rubber stamps and their stickers - great idea. This video is very helpful - thank you!
Everyone should keep this video for reference. Great tips Erin. Can’t wait to try cling stamps now!
Yay! Thank you, I am glad the video was helpful!
I’ve been stamping for a long time, but still found so many helpful tips in your video. I’m a new subscriber now! Thanks so much!
So super helpful. It's definitely a learning curve for sure with the Stampin' Up! Ink pads.
I am waiting for that muscle memory to kick in because I still fumble 😂
Great tips, Erin! So helpful.
I’m a brand new demonstrator and appreciate your tips!
Use your label maker to create a new label for the spine of your stampcased. Much easier to read!! Also add a P or D to the label showing that you have a matching punch or die.
Very useful tips!!! Thanks Erin who knew I needed to know all this information!! 👏
Glad it was helpful!
sometimes when die cutting - I will have extra pieces I didn't use so instead of throwing them away or putting in another container (good luck finding again) I keep the extra pieces right in the case too so the next time I use the set -they are already done and ready to use
SAME!
Using an embossing heat tool on the cardboard die backing right loosens the adhesive and makes the die easier to remove.
Also ... pro tip - I trim around my stickers, as close to the image as I can, then pull off ONLY half of the backing paper, put the half that still has the backing paper on the your stamp, line it up, and then press the sticky side down, pull back the other half and take the back off and then press that to your stamp.
Great tips! I own several Stampin’ Up! stamp sets that don’t have matching dies and I store 2 sets in a case and repurpose the other case.
Great tips, Erin! I always enjoy hearing how other people store items!
Thanks for the tips on the stamps and dies! Very very helpful! TFS😊
You are very welcome!
What great ideas, thank you very much. I will now reorganize my stamps and dies.
Thank you Erin!! You are on your game! I so appreciate all you share.
Thank you so much, I am glad you enjoy the videos.
Thank you for your tip bits. Welcome to stampin up.
Thank you for the welcome!
Wow! I got the whole set of Stampin Up ink pads over a year ago and never knew about the color name labels that you can use to identify each color. So cool. Thank you for the info.
Wonderful presentation. Your voice is pleasant and very clear!!
Welcome to Stampin' Up Thanks for the tips
I love how you have the dies in the case! I'm glad you are finding your way around, it can be hard be the new kid on the block!!! Great tips I loved watching!!!! Also loving the color of your room!!!!
and where you have your blending brushes!!!
Thank you my friend!
Erin you have so many great ideas! Thank you!
great ideas Thank you
Erin, this is a wonderful video. I thank u. I’ve been buying SU products for many years and have even been a demonstrator twice but you’ve taught me numerous new and extremely useful things here. Again I thank you
Thank you, I am so glad this was helpful. 😊
Great tip on how to put the labels on the rubber stamps! I have such a hard time getting them on other ways!
Thank you! I explored several different methods and this seemed to work well for me.
Great tips I did need to know and I have been with stamp in up for years. Thank you
Hi Sandy, I am glad you enjoyed the tips!
Having used SU products for over 20 years, I still have some trouble lining up the cling stamps with the stickers! This was great. Welcome to the SU family!
Thank you for the warm welcome, I am happy to be a part of the family 😃
Mary, you will love this method she showed! Until I started doing it this way I always screwed up my labels. Now they are perfect!
Thank you so much for this video, Erin!! It is very helpful!!
Thank you for all your ideas.
You are so welcome!
If you decide to subscribe to paper pumpkin, you get a stamp set that doesn't come in a case. Many of us that have been with SU for awhile tend to use the envelopes from the dies for those stamp sets that are in the PP kits since many of us add a magnet to the inside of the cases to add our dies too. case and
That is a fabulous tip! I did subscribe and I will definitely try that storage solution out, thank you.
About 15 years ago my sister-in-law was a Stampin Up Rep. I bought a fair bit of stuff from her including ink pads. They sold these wonderful boxes of 12 ink spots or mini ink pads. They are awesome and I do mean ARE as many of them still work and I have never
re-inked them. I wonder if the harder pad holds the ink longer. Either way I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the Stampin Up ink especially if they change the cases to be magnetic.
Great video! Such helpful tips. Thanks for sparing me having to figure it out on my own.
You are so welcome! 😊
Thank you for the tips on storing and using cling stamps with the dies. I make a copy of the stamp and die set bundle as shown in the catalog and place it under the red stamp so I can quickly see what dies and stamps are in the case.
That is a great tip, thank you for sharing! 😃
Thank you for the tips. I sold SU! In the past and learned some things. I’m so happy to learn they are changing their ink pad cases. I don’t have any of the more recent ones but their older ones were always so hard for me to open. And putting the labels on the ink pad cases is new to me.
Yes I am excited about the magnetic cases coming to fruition, they are much easier to open!
Hi Pam, thank you for the welcome and helpful tip! 😊
Oh wow, this was an extremely informative video. That is fantastic information. Thanks alot!
Welcome to SU! Great tips and tricks! 😍
Thank you! 😃
Thank you for the tips. I will definitely use the tips.
You're so welcome!
Thanks for the tips, Erin. This is helpful!
You are welcome, I’m glad it was helpful! 😊
Thank you for the tip, I will definitely be trying that one 😃
Excellent tips
Thank you, I’m glad you like them!
This was so helpful, Erin! Thank you so much!
You're so welcome Lauren!
Wonderful tips! I always learn something from every one of your videos!
That's wonderful, I'm so glad!
Great video. Thank you
Thank you so much for this very informative video. I had no idea about the labels on the ink pads, so now I can see the colours when stacked. Thanks again 😊
You are so welcome! I did not know either until someone pointed it out to me 😃
I have always been a big Stampin up fan but….. friend introduced me to Close to my Heart ink pads.
So much easier on the hands for everyone, especially those with arthritis.

So many great tips Erin. I have as yet to organise my new supplies.
Well it is more fun to create with them than organize them 😉
Super helpful tips. TFS!
Great tips my friend!
Thank you!
Wow! I have a bunch of stampinup ink pads and I did not know about the extra labels!
I only discovered it after another pointed it out to me or I would not have noticed either 😊
Thank you These are great tips and info.
im a red rubber gal. you can also remove the backing of the rubber that you are placing the sticker/stamp. it is somewhat sticky and will stay in your case better. i just ordered those magnet sheets from amazon and mine came with plastic envlopes too ty for showing me i can add two sets of dies in the stamp case. on the su stamp pads, put your thumbs up top and press, the case wil open easier. use chapstick on the groves of the stamp pad case, it will slide easier. and welcome to SU! vicky westra
Thank you for the tips, I will definitely try some of those.
One this g I learned about the current Stampin up case is run a bit of cheap lip balm on the runners and the lid slides much smoother
Thank you for this! I really messed up my alignment on my first set of cling stamps so I’ll try the clear block next time! I also had no idea where that 2nd ink label should go so now I do. Basically, every trick you shared helped!!
I am so glad they were helpful tips! 😃
Wonderful tips- THANKS
You are very welcome 😃
Thanks! Lots of helpful information. (And I was one of the ones that said I would not get any cling stamps. The first one I got was a cling stamp because the house looked like mine lol.)
Thank you so much for your tips. You solved my problem. Not enough room, you solved that one
put the dies in the stamp cases.
I use the thin plastic sheet over the photopolymer stamps. Then I use the thicker plastic for shaker cards .
Hello from PEI...great tips
Thanks for the tips! I have found that my Cricut prefers CTMH or Creative Memories card stock. Also, SU card stock is so thick (as it is intended for card bases) that I use a rotary trimmer with it. The other bladed trimmer still cuts SU card stock, but the blade wears out very quickly if I'm doing a lot of cuts as I do with my scrapbook layouts.
Wonderful tips. Thank you😀
You are so welcome!
I store my stamps and dies with the magnet sheet inside and slide the die cover sheet into the back of the plastic case so I have the die info available
Love your video
Thank you so much!
Stampin Up has changed their ink pad design not too many years ago. One demonstrator told me if you hold the pad at the hinged end and press down with both thumbs, the open end will pop up to open easier.
Thank you for the tip, I am headed over to give that a try 😊
Exactly what I just typed out, except you said it in fewer words. LOL, I have never been known for brevity.
Great tip! Thank you for sharing 😃
@@CraftyConceptswithErin Sure thing!! I'm really hoping SU will bring over the Versamat as they start adding more scrapbooking products to their line. I really regret I didn't buy one when CTMH was still around. I always talked myself out of it since I'm not a scrapbooker.
Yes, welcome to SU! 😊
Thank you Suzie, everyone has been so kind!
Thank you
This is all a great idea.
Red rubber always stamps better! Thank you for the tips!
It does result in a beautiful stamped image!
