I'm so sad I wasn't old enough to experience him in his 70's, I just know it must've been amazing. I'm just glad I was on this earth while he still was. He was one of the best rock stars to ever exist, nobody can do it like David Bowie.
The first single I ever bought, age 10, was "Space Oddity" with "The Man Who Sold the World" on the B-side, 1972 RCA US re-issue. That set me on a particular course in life!
