Not quite sure, external HDD uses USB interface, however, the internal HDD of the ps4 uses SATA interface. Better load the entire contents of your external HDD to the ps4 then try rebuilding database

Same. I did a 2 TB SSD and turned off the home screen feature which uses internet speeds to show what's titles are for sale.
I had so many problems with DayZ that I actually got really mad at my playstation for nok running Dayz the way I like it. This helped, thanks man 🙌🏻

If it’s very buggy laggy try setting your TV to game mode if that’s an option on your TV. It took my lag completely away
