    What a treat, the last tractor snowblowing video just after spring has arrived. Great job on the video production. Love the aerial drone footage. Certainly gives a unique perspective and a good appreciate for how far a tractor mounted snowblower will launch the snow. Until the next season of the white stuff. Time to grease up the mid mount mower for the green season.

      Both my wife and I work very hard, i pray, and have been very fortunate God has surrounded me with great people. This is my neighbors house, and it is very nice. Life is so hectic and stressful i never thought of my house as a mansions, or my family rich i'm just trying to get through one day at a time. We are fortunate, and thank you for reminding me. I hope you enjoy the video, creating them helps relieve my stress, i hope they help you. Stay healthy.

    Great Video! I’ve also thought it was a shame JD doesn’t offer a 72 or even an 84 blower on the 4 series models. I’m sure the 3046R could handle a 72 in most storms.

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's been a great machine, I think the problem with a larger blower is lifting the blower. The 3 series is short, and needs wheel spacers. When there is heavy snow on top of the blower it strugglers lifting it very small cylinder lifting it, with mechanical disadvantage. I'm like you, wish it had a bigger blower, threw snow further...in the end this is a solid tractor that does what i need it to do. Thank you for commenting stay safe

    ought to make some little bolt on wings for the blower, just enough to get it the same width as the track of your rear tires...just to make life a little easier. Nice machine!

      Tom I think it over loads the impeller and you just drive much slower. I’ve thought of doing that for years 🙂

    Interesting seing a tractor with the snowblower mounted in front. Those I have seen in my country have only been mounted at the back of the tractor.

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What country? We have them mounted on the back mostly on much larger tractors.

    • @malelonewolf80
      @malelonewolf80 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Marauder Mitchelli Norway. Have only seen them mounted on larger tractors myself. I have only seen smaller tractors in small towns, mostly for gardening use. Seems to be neat to have the snow plow in front since one can see exactly where one plows. Less strain on the body and neck too I would think not having to look back at the plow all the time.

    Only thing I see right off is your snow blower isn't big enough for the Tractor. Your tires are out farther than your clearing. What size snow blower are you using.

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Richard Mason I mounted 4” spacers on the rear axle to widen the tire stance. Stock width the tractor loader is unusable. The blower is 59”, jd does make a wider front blower. No issues using front blower with wider rear tires 66”w. Second year blowing snow. Proof is in the finish driveway. Thank you for watching. 😊

    Why did you go with a tractor instead of a skid loader? (pardon if this is a repeat question, haven't watched all your videos or read all the comments.)

    • @maraudermitchelli
      @maraudermitchelli  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      At the time I never considered a skid steer as I had to cut my lawn...skid steer would be tuff on the lawn row cutting turning 180’ every pass. I’m considering a skid steer now. Good question thank you 😊

      @@maraudermitchelli Now that you've got the Ferris for mowing, a skid steer would be great for snow moving and other chores. Much better forward visibility. Here's a link to a revolutionary skid steer you could get. www.kovacoelectric.com/en/elise-900 I bet this would generate a lot of views on your channel.

    the last two passes were about a 12 inches each. i would guess the blower is at least 48" wide. that means the driver doesn't know what he is doing or the tractor isn't worth $ .50

    Blowing snow at the trees like you do, you'll be fired, stop playing with your drone and be careful my friend, you also blow snow at the last light near the last garage door. You also make some wheels marks on the owner lawn beside the beginning of his driveway Jesus ....

    Kind of over kill 0n the tractor size compared to the amount of property, but gess if you got it flaunt it. so goes the new York aditude.

    • @maraudermitchelli

      Warren Tavernia yes it is overkill, but has nothing to do with flaunting but with my enjoyment. I like pride in ownership, I don’t want to own something I don’t like. Thank you for commenting and watching. I was thinking about getting a 4 series...have a happy New Years 😊
