I’ve been watching this channel for a while now and I admit I’ve learned a lot of important things. I think self-improvement, being a rock for a woman, and practicing self-control is all great advice. But I'll be honest, I think it is extremely important to be more considerate to women than a lot of points in this video. The dynamic in this video kind of reminded me of a girl friend I had once that completely lost her personality as soon as she started dating a roommate of mine. Instead of being Haley, she just became "Sam's girlfriend." She had her own dreams and aspirations, but they all just fizzled away in favor of being a full-on supporting character of my roommate. I think feminism is definitely still important if there are inequalities, which there definitely still are. I’m not saying being a social justice warrior is good, but in my definition, feminism just means holding the opinion that women have rights too. I honestly think NOT being friends with anyone of the opposite sex crosses the border of plain sexism. It kind of shows a lack of self-trust that you don’t even want to attempt to open up to someone if you might find them attractive. I don’t hate the mentality-I understand the self-discipline-but at the same time, that discipline should balance more with a genuine empathy for others too. If a girl is lonely, I’m going to keep her company the same way I would a man. If that leads to a friendship, I'm very cool with that. Also… I hate to say it because I just don’t like the division politics causes in general, but you guys saying you’re both firm Trump supporters says a lot.
