great video liked it try turning your saw blade backwards on the saw too see if it works better i use one that way for cutting steel roofing thanks for shareing and keep the faith
You should get a chain pipe vice and weld the chain side on one side of your vice and the hook side on the handle side of your vice then your vise will hold any shape peice with the chain and still have square jaws for flat square materials
The "240" mean well LED driver is 240 watt, not 240 volt input. Their naming scheme is a few letters for the model of supply - wattage - voltage (output).
Hi P.S.FL. Are you dreaming? I have never seen your work shed with no scrap metal anywhere. Except when you first moved into your current shed. Cheers,
I think the problem with new builds like bridges isn't generally the engineers but the people who set the ridiculous low budgets for the projects that then make the engineers and construction companies cut corners
The same can be said about the transformers. It's not the fact that they are made in China. Its the fact that the companies that buy them buy them from China because they want to spend the least amount possible.
Love watching you guys scrapping. Don't like to critique but if you could scrap more than talk. I get a bit bored. Sorry that word is a bit harsh but I couldn't think of anything else.
@@ProjectShopFl no problem I run a non ferrous scale in Ontario. Best to keep that separate from your yellow brass has a higher copper content so it should be a better price
I always enjoy these long "lets clean out the shop" vids. It's fun to watch somebody else work while I kick back and relax. 😂👍
😂😂😂 Thanks!
If that new local yard can give you good aluminum prices, saving that time and fuel to Miami would be a good bonus.
Would have been but they are scammers.
All i see is a sea of money in that shop. Nice video.
Thanks!
love it
Thanks I appreciate all the comments
I’ve been extremely fortunate with this big contract . Out of about 100 lights 80 or more of them double copper. Original transformers pre 2000
Nice!
I'd like to be a fly on the wall and hear some of the stories you and Steve talk about
😂😂😂
hello Projects Shop FL & it''s is Randy and i like yours cool & Thanks Projects Shop FL & Friends Randy
Thanks randy
Maybe a small rolling work table would help you in the shop
It would have to be made of solid steel. He would abuse a table. If it were made of plastic, it wouldn’t last a week.
Thanks for the suggestion
Great video my friend
Thank you 👍
"packed the shit like a game of Tetris",i havnt laughed in a while hehehe, great video, always fun to watch
Thanks!
If you put the blade in backwards works even better it won’t try to kick on you, I used to do siding that’s how we would cut all the aluminum soffit
Thanks for the suggestion
I always use a chop saw when cutting Aluminum.
I like that idea.

A glass recycling buyer would be nice. A plastics one also. The scrapyard I use won't buy screws nails or bolts is yours the same?👍
I sell bolts and screws as # steel.

Hey question have u ever stripped 305 MTR
I don't know what MTR is.
On that extruded aluminum with a 4 bolts. Couldn't you just hit them with a hammer instead of having to cut them tabs off?
Possibly
The coppers bolts are most likely hydro brass
Thanks for the info.
