I’ve stripped hundreds and hundreds big over head transformers most of them weighed between half a ton to a ton that’s when they are still in the steel case and still full of oil but the largest one we ever felt with was from a big transfer station and it weighed over 30 tons had 3 massive copper coils in it once the crane had got the coils free each coil weighed just over 6 tons great videos by the way mate love to watch how hard u work I had to give up work because of severe back injury so like to watch people like you get stuck into stuff like this keep up the good work from the uk

Not sure if the financials make sense but Matt Carriker from Demo Ranch prints and ships his merch from Texas. May be a good fit for you to out source the merch and still make a buck.
Look into cargo containers man. May be able to find a cheap piece of property and where you know how to weld you could get 1 container to start and as you grow buy and weld another on. Prices may be higher now but in 2020 I got a 40ft container for little over 3800. Another ideal is come up with a money goal that could either get a piece of property to do the container idea or for you to be to buy a small shop and do some fundraisers. Or could try to get up to where you can put out a 17 min video everyday, do a ad at the beginning, one around the 6 or 7 min time frame and one at the 13 to 14 timeframe, just that alone should increase the your ad rev my 3 to 4 tines maybe even higher per month. Maybe think about doing some sponsored videos, they pay 500 to 5000. Iam just throwing out all the ideas I can think of.

Adam Calhoun is a America country rapper and he looked for years for America based tshirt company and they are super expensive..he had to buy his own printers and hire employees to make and print the quality of shirts he wanted..its really sad to see and hear that! But good luck brother!
What if you bought a tshirt press and keep it in house? This way you can get the shirts and other stuff you want without having to go through a middle man
Man, Derek already stays up too late cutting up scrap with Steve. He'd have to hire someone to come in maybe once a week to silk screen or press those shirts. Additionally, it would need to be done somewhere that has the space and can stay clean enough to allow the ink to dry, get folded and packaged neatly without contaminating anything during the process. Even scrappers like myself would want to receive a clean, crisp new T-shirt, even if I'd just get it dirty in my own shop
There is no fucking way you could use a skill saw to cut those things. People are crazy to think that you could . They have never used a big makita grinder like that one last so much different than a saw. I have one just like yours and I know . Great videos thanks Derek.

Additionally, even if you sprung for an expensive evolution metal circular saw, the fact that those coils are so thick with copper and tightly bound may wear the blade very quickly, or worse cause it to heat up a lot and lose teeth. You could potentially use that same Diablo blade you're running on the big grinder. Maybe lowering the blade just enough to cut each layer at a time. That blade on the grinder is frightening brother! However, since time is money, I totally understand why you go that route.
