Very nice to come across your channel. I was diagnosed late in my 30's but knew I had signs of it since I was younger. I struggle with OCD, Anxiety and Depression as well. It's neat to see others with Autism out there. I haven't came across too many individuals where I live but I also struggle with socialization. It's been helpful to understand that it's not a bad thing. You just think differently from everyone else. Reminds me of Apple's old slogan "Think Different". May God bless!

Omg you are one of the most gifted auras I've ever encountered you're just not fully activated, you will be tho. You haven't even scratched the surface yet...you're absolutely amazing

Just saw your first update. It was wonderfully touching and profoundly relatable. You said something in the lines of meeting yourself for the first time, and I've used the same expression. Glad to see your update. And the bit about your clothes being a big part of your executive disfunction makes so much sense, I'm wondering what else obvious am I missing. Thank you for sharing your lived experience!

I really appreciate you talking about this and I hope you continue making content, because we need to hear what other neurodivergent people go through!

Good for you! And thanks for updating us, as I also saw your other video.
I hope I don't sound stupid or naive for saying this, but since a few weeks ago when i discovered my autism, I feel like not only am I finding a new community; one I never suspected existed - but it also feels in a sense like finding new family. Maybe that sounds like a weird sci fi plot element, but it feels more real than that, because we are all on the same soectrum, even if we each occupy our own unique place therein. And it is sonething only we, the neurodivergent, can understand, because we don't merely relate to autism, but collectively, we ARE The Spectrum. Man, that almost sounds philosophical or something.
Anyway, wherever we each may be on the spectrum, for me it feels so good to know that I'm not alone in this; I take great comfort in that.

Always check with yourself on what you should be doing for yourself to help yourself process. Your individual processing can only be defined my what works for you specifically. Tho you are made out of carbon you are not a carbon copy, your unique accommodation to yourself are key for self regulating

I totally understand where you're coming from - it's been quite challenging to obtain any resources in my local area lately. The few individuals I've come across have also expressed the same frustration, saying, "I don't have the qualifications needed for this." Honestly, I can't help but feel a bit disheartened by this situation because I've been actively seeking assistance for about 5 years now. The mental care system in the U.S. definitely sucks!

Hey what is your diet? Have research the carnivore diet? It has been wonderful for EDS and Autism/ Histamine intolerance. Really it’s inflammation in the brain. I have the same symptoms and see that my body lacks the appropriate nutrients only found in red meat and eggs. These proteins and amino acids can heal a lot of your symptoms. Check out ribeye rach. She has Eds too and histamine issues. I have ADD and I just started on this diet and my brain is starting to work differently. I’m hoping to heal enough in a few months to eat normally as some have been able to do.

If that is what works for you thats good. Im plant based and will not try it.
Mast cell can for most be more so connected to mold toxiticity and lyme disease. That is where the brain inflammation can come in. Its not autism and mast cell itself. Autism is still all over the place for me to say cause that apart of my certifications for physchoneuroimmunology. But thats genetic for me.
meat is more likely to heighten inflammation levels for many people..including myself.
My channel is based on soley on peronailzed studing and my certification I've gathered. If youve followed my channel you'd notice i got better over the year from holistic medicine

@@NotYourAverageZebra some neurological disorders can be attributed to a lack of proper functioning of the body’s nervous systems due to lack of the needed nutrients. Didn’t realize you didn’t eat meat. I was just excited to hear others dealing with EDS and neurological issues. I have been listening to people with a wide variety of issues that have been amazingly helped with key nutrients not found in plants. To me it makes sense. At least for me, I have missing the b/ vitamins that are not easy to get from supplements. Vitamin c does help with mast cell activation. But beef help on a whole different level it provides the building of collagen and strengthening your tissue, muscle and veins/arteries. This issues affects those with EDS profoundly. I am just now putting the pieces together but sad to say most doctors have no idea what processes are involved or how to deal with them. I say it starts with the basics building blocks. The protein and amino acids . Anyway I m a nurse for almost 24yrs and I’m still learning and figuring how our bodies really work. I wasn’t say this cause your autism. The True is they don’t know. Eds is genetic too but doesn’t mean it can’t be helped. I read a ton of studies so I know to take it all with a grain salt. Meat and eggs can actually decrease inflammation because it helps the body repair it self. Contrary to popular belief

The difgerence between narcissism and autistism is that while both are instirutionalised the narcissist has become skillfully functional while the autistic person is still learning the ropes.
If u want to fix yourself - and hey, lots of u seem happy to have a label, your ambition dorsnt seem to go beyond that - but if u want to fix yourself, focus on what it mrans to be institutionalised. It is the institution itself that has created these one size fits all labels for you (and then tells u youre unique while it measures you up for your one size fits all label) .. your job is to realise that youre being tucked up in bed by the big bad wolf. Can you do that..? Whwn you can you will realise what it mrans to cone out of Baby-lon and be born again in Christ. Good luck.

Be careful with tapering off pills if you're on them and decide to stop. One can have a great life and function well as neurodiverse without medication.
