Bought a house 3 days ago down by South point. 1st time home owner, feel really lucky we were able to get it after living in Hawaii for almost 20 years. I think people should get in when they can. We saw that it was easy to be outbid with the crazy offers. We just stuck to what we could afford and were flexible with location. Hawaii it seems has an international market appeal. The people and the natural beauty along with the fantastic weather makes desirability very high.
