"Some absolute mavericks will find a use for [no exp parts]". Well, there's one pretty neat use. Power Leveling. Consider this, you have one unit that you really wanna catch up fast, but you dont want your team to just roflstomp and split the exp. junk parts prevents EXP gain for only the unit holding it, so you can stack EXP boosters on the one unit you want to leveland continuously provide them Chance Steps and Support Attacks and have thrm participate in as many battles as possible on a stage that frontloads units. As long as the units supporting the one unit have junk parts, the exp they would've gotten is funneled into your leveling unit. I've done similar in past games for grunt suits I wanted to mess with on some stages.
Yeah, that's a clever way of using those seemingly useless parts. I wonder if it works with Link-ups too. Funneling a Warship Link-up's EXP gain into a single unit sounds like it would be pretty effective way to grind levels.
I used raid groups since the beginning. Not only because it was new but also because i was tired of having to waste turns to make a unit return to ship.
Here's a simpler explanation of the G Generation recurring features: Robots and pilots have their own EXP. Robots can "evolve" once conditions are met. You can team up against a powerful target for a HUGE damage boost... ... but so can your enemies gang up on you as well. You can protect your ships/units on the verge of death via the support defense feature... ... but so can your enemies. You can make your enemies surrender and take their robots for a quick buck by destroying their mothership... ... But so can your enemies, in this game's case, it's a game over.
Don't have any plans for Genesis in the near future, certainly not this year at least. I'm waiting for the next mainline G Gen game, hopefully the one that comes after Eternal.
Yeah, it's very recent. I'm hoping that they're using it as a way to build up a bunch of assets and animations for a big crossover game next, like the Wars/World/Overworld trilogy.
I got question, is deluxe edition worth? I saw DE came with season pass but the price for dispatch mission was free in psn. Isnt it better to buy the standard and just download dispatch mission since its cheaper?
There are some dispatch missions that have always been available for free, but the ones in the Season Pass (Additional Dispatch Mission Set 1-4, which can also be bought separately) aren't free. The content is fine, but too expensive for what it is at full price. However, based on a quick search it seems that the Digital Deluxe Edition is available on PSN for the equivalent of about 20€, and I think at that price it's very much worth it. I don't know what region you're buying from, so you'll have to double check the price for yourself.
Boss, are you also building Gunpla? *Sorry NOT YET watched the vid* And still, if you want I can always send some gift package with games/model kits. That's like hobby for me, there is few videos of it on youtube
Great review/overview

@@MerryBytes have you tried it?
@@AtelierGod Yes, but unfortunately it turns out that it doesn't work with Link-ups.

Rather then grinding I like the use of dispatch missions for quick level up and production list adding

Nicol was 15, he loved to play the piano.
Could you do one of these videos for G Generation Genesis as well? Great stuff!

Nevermind, I just saw this for the first time! How did I miss that?!

Nah, I've never tried building Gunpla. Maybe one day.
