Beautiful 😍 Thank you, Toni, for this easy, breezy top. You're an excellent teacher and an amazing designer ❤️ Your designs are always some that I go to for comfort and meditative work. I've made several "Lamia" shawls and "Hot Cocoa" Ponchos. Lots of love and yarny hugs 💗
I have never attempted Tunisian crochet. I love your tunic & your instructions are so clear. You explain everything so well! I think I'll go buy myself my first Tunisian hook & give your pattern a try! Thank you!
See Toni you can teach an old dog new tricks hahahaha . I love that joining as I have been crocheting for over 50 years and was stuck on joining the old fashioned way.
You're fantastic! I originally found you when I was in "desperation" trying to conquer the "magic ring" and you saved the day for me! This tunic is so beautiful. I am going to try and get the materials to do this "tunisian" crochet because you can make it possible for me! thank you a million and I will follow you everywhere you go! Laura
Thank you so much for sharing this! I bought the kit as soon as it came out. I was so excited to start the pattern and then as I was reading through it I got really nervous. Now that I have seen the tutorial, I have no idea what I was nervous about. I think I got into my own head and told myself I couldn't do it because I hadn't done tunisian mesh before. 🤦🏼♀️Man I hate when I get in my own head. As soon as I am done with my new tank, I am so making this. Thanks again! 🕊️❤️💡
What a wonderful teacher, thank you for telling the tricks i never saw it before, i learn so many things,i have to finish for my little gradothter after it i start this Tunisian tunik this will be the 1st time that i do
You know something Tony... You are one of the biggest inspirations of my life. I started (again) my journey with crochet 2 years ago, because of you!!! Now, I can't leave my hook down, girl!!! Thank you! Best teacher ever! 😍😍 Lots of love from Athens, Greece!
This is beautiful and looks stunning on your model. I am excited to try this for Tunisian. I am trying to work my way into do more of it especially for garments.
Ohh I love this! I’ve never made a wearable before! I think this might be my first one! I just picked up some of the caboo yarn that was on clearance. I just love your tutorials so much!
Well explain, not sure i will try this just yet not a seasoned crocheter , i will try sone of your partten, blessings thanks for sharing your skill and time, appreciate much i did subscribe
hello ms toni, thank you for this beautiful tunic pattern. i absolutely love it. i have made two panels , but when i put them together to start mattresse seam i notice one panal is 3 inches longer then the other. OMG all this work and i have to start over with another panal. UGH
I love this stitch. Im going to use it for a blanket for my elserly mom. The yarn i have is heavy and 100% wool, i think it is 5 or 6. And I love your hair. You look gorgeous!
Making something similar light and summery, but love this stitch! Crochet sis, do you ever use a double ended Tunisian hook? So much easier for alternating colors❤
Hi tony this is very putty I think this will be my first Tunisian project two questions on your patter 1. The size is that inches for the foundation chain. 2. What if I don’t have a steamer. Thank you
The size is for the finished bust and length, not the length of the foundation chain. If you don't have a steamer, you can use the steam setting on an iron.
@@TLYarnCrafts hi Tony Im sorry to bather you again but I’m knew on this and old I get that the size is the finish bust and length so my question is do I make the foundation chain till I hit those measurements thank you god bless
Hi! I had a question regarding the sizing and especially how to do the ease. I plan on making this for a friend of mine, who has a bust size of 45". That made me immediately think to make the M/L version since that has a finished bust of 48". I then saw the ease thing and googled about it, since this is my first time making a garment and I had no idea what ease was, and with it being 6-12" I'm now wondering if going for the XL\2XL would be better since it felt like I was supposed to subtract the ease from the finished bust parameters in order to figure out what to go for. Honestly, I'm just confused and I don't want to end up making the wrong size. Could someone tell me what size I should go for for a 45" bust? ^^;
Help! I keep accidentally dropping extra loops off my hook while I’m working my return pass and then I can’t figure out how to get those loops back on the hook correctly so I can continue working the return pass. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve had to tear it all out and re-do it twice now so I’m a bit paranoid to keep going. Any advice for a novice Tunisian crocheter?
Your videos are the best. But I can't find the pattern. The link to the kit goes to a shawl. Your blog link (yea! It's back) doesn't have this pattern. Can you update your links?
This is beautiful, thank you. Can I use an aran weight acrylic, nylon blend or must it be cotton? I chose this pattern from Ravelry last week and I'm so glad you posted this! 🥰
That trick with the stitch marker at the end of the row just changed my life. 💕
You are such an incredible teacher!!! Absolutely love this!! 💚💚
👍🏾😊
You explain so perfectly I am almost ready to give it a try

"These are the bumps you are looking for. Princess Leia says". I love where my mind went when she said that. I watch Star wars when i craft.

Brilliant ❤😊
Awesome help tutorial, what yarn can i use instead? If shipping to Danmark the shipping is more expensive than the yarn🙈🙈
Sería excelente con subtítulos en español 🥰

Thanks so much for the reminder - I've added links to the free patterns. You can find it in the updated description.
Am I tripping? I watch and support you all the time and I SWEAR it was TCL YARN CRAFTS...not TL....
Might be a stupid question but can this be accomplished with a 24’ hook?
Perhaps. I haven't tried it on such a short cord, but you may be able to squish them on there.
how do we join the CAL? I wasn't able to join last time because I didn't know how.
Post your projects on Instagram with #CrochetAcademy2023 to join the CAL :-)
I have a terrible time with truboo
I don't have that style tunisian hook 😢. I just have the straight metal hooks
This is beautiful, thank you. Can I use an aran weight acrylic, nylon blend or must it be cotton? I chose this pattern from Ravelry last week and I'm so glad you posted this! 🥰
Cotton is preferable because it's breathable and doesn't trap humidity or heat 😊
Is this pattern in your book ?
No, it's not
