The schools you pointed out are in the Hemet Unified School District. This neighborhood is in San Jacinto (SJUSD) and kids would have to go a couple miles to the south or east. Record elementary, Monte Vista Middle School, San Jacinto High School.
Both 2nd and 3rd homes looked pretty good. But the way big investment properties companies ruin areas like this. And everyone else that is trying to buy a home.
I have lived and San Jacinto for 15 years. The outskirts of San Jacinto by the dairies is decent. I don’t have any homeless in my neighborhood and it’s clean.
Most people trash talking San Jacinto probably havent lived there. I lived there 6 years, its a great affordable place to start. San Jacinto gets a bad rep because of Hemet but hardly ever does the rifraff makes it way to the neighborhoods. The bad areas are closer to Saboba casino. The biggest cons to San Jacinto is how far away it is from the amenities (freeways) you'd find in the bigger cities and the healtchare options are terrible. You will be driving a lot if you like doing things in LA SD and OC. I just moved 15 minutes North to Beaumont because the freeway access is very important to me. But I miss my home in San Jacinto. 😢
Bro, those houses could be $200, 000 and 3800 SF, and they would still be empty. It's the desert, and it sucks ass. I'm not knocking you but in fact you didn't even bother to learn the proper pronunciation. It's San (Ya- Sento) 😂😂😂. I'm going to watch and subscribe though. I promise If you show me something I don't already know I'll buy one and rent it out. Absolutely no way I'd ever lived there.

I was told it’s San ha cinto . The J is an H sound.
Kb and Dr homes the worst builders in America
I believe most builders have their own problems. I don’t know know those builders . I think most of them care about the bottom line profit.
Yeah because San Jacinto sucks ass. I would rather have a tiny lot for the same amount in either LA or most of Orange County
Eventually people will migrate
1.2 million for a 1800s home
Nah
You mean you prefer near downtown LA like Plaza Olvera?
