i drove an ice cream truck in beaumont in 1982. the people were so friendly i couldn't believe it. no other city i worked that summer could compare. great memories.
@@PeterCainRealtor over by palm ave, magnolia, that side of town, older homes. there was a volcano that year, making the summer milder because of all the ash in the atmosphere, so it was a weird summer.
We visited the Four Seasons several times in the past. We love the property and homes and will probably move there in the next couple of years. @@PeterCainRealtor
More often than not, yes you should expect some wind living in Beaumont. It tends to be stronger in the afternoon than in the morning. Are you often outdoors?
@@PeterCainRealtor similar information to the Beaumont one. They have a new construction community called Tripointe homes that has a goal to build over 5,000 homes in the area(I am in escrow for one of these houses). So I am just looking for some of the pros and cons in this up and coming city. And what, if anything distinguishes it from Beaumont; its neighboring city.
Not even. I love Beaumont. Plenty of Karens though. You are 100% correct. 1 high school. The city government needs to come out of the small town mentality. There are very minimal programs for parks and recs. The city has been inundated with family with small children. But the city does not see the potentials.

Incredible, how cool! Which neighborhoods would you drive the ice cream truck through?

@@jamiecosgrove1950 woah that's crazy. reminds me of spring 2010 being in Europe, volcanic activity grounded airplanes all over the continent.
Wish I saw this video before I moved to Beaumont. We love it here but wish there was more to do locally instead of having to drive out
Good parks in your community though right? How’s the smoke in Beaumont?
@@PeterCainRealtoryes love the parks! Good for the kiddos. Smoke was really bad when the Line Fire started, glad it slowed down here
Things take forever to get built here in Beaumont, it took about two years to finish a 7 eleven, nothing gets built around here🤷♂️
That’s the one on cherry valley right? Yeah that took forever, homes get finished quickly though.
GLAD TO SEE MY HOMETOWN COMING UP. IF YOU KNOW THE HISTORY HERE YOUD KNOW BEAUMONTS A HISTORICAL TOWN
Yep Beaumont is becoming very popular. I still can’t understand why just the one public high school though.
it is my understanding that because of the elevation, Beaumont is typically 10-20 degrees cooler than Palm Springs
Yeah that makes sense to me. Do you spend much time in Palm Springs or Beaumont?

let me know when you come to the area or if you have any questions in the mean time.
Beaumont is absolutely beautiful and I love living here, but the city council is hellbent on suffocating the city with warehouses
that's too bad. I'm sure the city is benefiting from the property/business taxes on those warehouses though, right?
Is it windy?
More often than not, yes you should expect some wind living in Beaumont. It tends to be stronger in the afternoon than in the morning. Are you often outdoors?
Not much. Certain times yet it's not frequent
can you do a banning one?
What kind of info are you looking for about Banning?

I would also enjoy a similar video looking at banning. I’ve spent time in both towns and never had a bad experience.
Do a Banning one haha
What do you mean?
@@PeterCainRealtor living in Banning

Agreed @PeterCainRealtor brochacho.
