Diamond S Ti muffler on the 2024 XRS Comp Turbo!? Does it fit?

In this video I document the process of installing a Diamond S Titanium Quiet muffler on the new 2024 XRS Competition Turbo. There were a few small/minor adjustments needed to have it fit perfectly so check it out!

Where do you ride up in Vermont, I’m up on the Pittsburg NH area often

@@Duramax_Yamahaguy Pretty much anywhere the snow is, there isn't really a part of Vermont we don't hit several times a year. Dabbled with Pittsburg a few times last year, great trails, cop presence is wild on the weekends!

Are you going to get rid of the black cardboard shields?
They shed black fuzz like crazy as the miles go up and the rubber grommets fall out.
I did the reflective we heat tape on the back side of the side panel and belly pan with no issues on last years 850 with no problems. Hope I can do the same on this.

@@robturner1231 You'll definitely be able to do the same on this one, I believe my customer is going to keep the black panels in hopes of keeping the muffler slightly hidden from visual inspections...if you know what I'm getting at 😉

Use copper head gasket spray , three coats on those type metal gaskets and there good to go .
