I'm sure that's possible, the two in the video were purchased solely by Hans for rentals but I'd bet he'd be happy to accommodate anyone on their own home moving into the development! Thanks for watching!
While I understand the idea of the lake view from the deck, the lake view from my bedroom window would be glorious to wake up to. Having my door facing the community as well as not walking thru the grass to get to my door would also be my choice.
Absolutely. Anything over 8 ft 6 in requires permits. These houses are 10'7 without the flower boxes and roof overhang. So they come out to be about 11 ft 4 in.
Pros and cons to that. You'd have to go around anytime you wanted to go in or out, rather than pulling up to the "front" in a more traditional setting like in this picture.
Excellent question! Please text me with the delivery location and the size or style of tiny house and I will gladly send you a formal quote. 706.975.4186 thanks, Dan
No ma'am, that is most certainly not true. You're commenting on a video that has a wide load house in it that requires permits and special equipment. How would I be able to acquire that if I wasn't licensed and insured? Common Sense should have told you that before you made such a ridiculous and insulting statement. I don't know who you heard that from but they're terribly mistaken. I'll be glad to send you over any proof you would like as soon as you contract me to pull your house.
Congrats much love ITH
Thanks for watching!
I think I would prefer to have the cottage reversed so I could sit on the porch and look at that beautiful lake.

@@hollyslaughter5505I think that's why he placed them facing out as well!
I would add a deck over the tongue and have the best of both.😊
Best idea yet!
Soo nice
I didn't think that these were oversize loads. Are these too wide to be transported without a permit? Thanks.

@@specialtytrailertransport Thanks!
I would have put the front door on the lake .

Me too. But, that back window of the cottage with that window is also chef's kiss.
How much to deliver a tiny house from ITH to Florida?

Is it true you are running with no license?
