The gasket cement is 3M grey and a LOT cheaper from of all places Halfrauds, it is the same as Suzuki Bond and Yamseal Honda too just didderent tube and pricing
3m bond is the cheapest source as the ‘genuine makes bond’ is horrendous and Halfords is definitely the cheapest I could not believe the price difference between them for a bit of printing on the tube.😊
Hi Adrian, I tried to send you an email via your website but it didn't work. I have a question about the Suzuki and was hoping to get your advice. Please let me know the best way to reach you. Many thanks, Richard
Ebay sometimes have them, alternatively make up aluminium seal holders to hold modern smaller seals, as seen on my T20 Racing page and the Restoration page. That is the best solution if you have access to a basic workshop
I approve! maybe use more lube, lube everywhere!! I must confess making old 2 strokes run reliably is not an art I have mastered if Im honest, almost got into villiers 210 racing speaking of f@#+ing lemons!! should call em boomerangs, because they always come back.
Hi would you no of anyway i can get the left hand thread bolt for my t250. The last owner has damaged the little stainless ring by bending slightly . And i need a replacement. Thanks for your vids as another t on the road soon i hope thanks p
To remove the generator flywheel you screw in the rear wheel spindle - it's the same thread. Tighten it right up and smack it inwards quite hard - the flywheel will pop off.
I have been looking for an x6 Hustler for awhile now to fulfill my teenage dream.
Thanks for the info.
Hope you get one 👍
@@t20racerman I'm still looking.
Clean casings with Solvol Autosol
Yup, that works - as does putting them in the dishwasher! :-)

Hi
Email me - t20suzuki@gmail.com
You should be able to yes, but I'm not a T200 expert. Post a question on my forum at t20suzuki 'dot' com and see what Lewis (ljd) says
Beautiful bike
Thank you 🙂
Premix. I use Castrol 747 mixed at a ratio of 30ml of oil per litre of fuel.
Very nice in depth !
You ever play with
T10 models ?
No, I haven't come across one. Very rare nowadays

Brilliant vids Adrian … I raced a T250J back in the day
Thank you. Those early two-strokes could be made to fly couldn't they? I loved racing, but it costa a fortune and I'm too arthritic now. Oh well...
It is!
So different to the T250 I passed my test on back when dinasours ruled the earth.
