I think it is the first penthouse on new york that says to have 5 bedrooms and it actually does have 5 bedrooms and all of them are suites and the hallways aren't too narrowed that only 1 person can walk on it and with difficulty. I believe, comparing to many other penthouses that has exact the same price or even a bit more expensive it is the best I have seen due to these reasons.

The color palette and in general the implementation of the interior design are top-notch. The only issue is that they are full of personality, so you either fall in love with it or feel that it's not for you. It's a risk, as you have to sale it. it's not a house for the designer. Still wonderful work.

Very nice - I especially like that the sink is against the wall and not in the island. Even being very large, it looks like it would be easy to have the family together. That marble tub is amazing. I can't even imagine how they managed to move into place, it's gotta weight a thousand pounds.

The only part of the layout that I don't care for is the dining room. I kept expecting to see a formal dining room. In such a luxurious apartment, I would like to have the formal DR close to, but not in, the kitchen. Most of the units of this caliber that I have seen on TH-cam have a large table, such as the one in this kitchen, but there is also a formal dining room.

However, that wonderful bathroom with the marble soaking tub would provide hours worth of relaxation and taking in the view while doing so would be worth millions alone. Hi Erik. In looking at many of your past videos of Penthouses, condos and brownstones you've shown in the past here in NYC, I don't think this particular penthouse is worth 39 million. I just don't feel that different types of color marble make the difference. I've seen marble slabs come directly from italy and put in these luxury apartments that cost 10-15 million. I also wouldn't doubt that the reason for the previous owners selling and for so high, is because soon the value of the penthouses in that building will go down drasticlly because Trump was deposed by lawyers from the New York State attorney general’s office as part of a long-running civil inquiry into whether he and his family’s real estate business fraudulently inflated the value of his hotels, golf courses and other assets to obtain favorable loans. So in answer to your question. No the place isn't worth it.
The taste level is very high. Some objects date to the 1970's, yet look right for today. I can never understand double sinks in the bathroom. Couples want separate bathrooms, that's real luxury. You might as well puts two toilets next to each other. All in all, an excellent space, sullied by the trump name.

This is an awesome Trump Tower Penthouse. I like the Arab marble of the kitchen, the pink marble bathroom of the junior master bedroom, and the Calcutta marble tub and bathroom of the master bedroom. I like the Arab marble island kitchen. I like the master bedroom with the bed facing the view. I like the master bathroom with the marble tub. I like the living rooms with the nice views. I like the sunrise and sunset views of the penthouse. The penthouse doesn't have a balcony.
Is this $39,000,000 Penthouse in the Trump International Tower worth it?!

Very tasteful remodel! In this price range there are many choices so it very difficult for me to say it worth $39mm without seeing comparable.
Given how old the building is, the renovation work is brilliant, bringing to the present. Pretty cool apartment and that primary bathtub is dope!
