I live in Virginia and My Tesla m3 LR got rear ended and I went through the other person’s insurance and I had a great experience so far also. I actually pickup my vehicle tomorrow morning. Not sure if this is only a Virginia thing but make sure to fill for diminished value through the other person’s insurance!!
I’m having a shitty time getting my R1T fix! Rosslyn Auto Body is listed as a Rivian certified collision center 🤦🏾♂️. My truck has been in the shop since the 4th of April & not a dam thing has been wrote up!
You would think that Tesla would be faster in getting their vehicles fixed as they are the first major EV company. Unless they have a lot of problems with their vehicles? My grandson says they have a little bit of a quality build problem, perhaps this also is the case with repairing their cars. 🤔
Doubt they’ll do anything since the market dropped so they’ll blame it on that. It’s been about a year so that time period to file might also have expired. I’ve have to look at local laws.
I broke my Bumper also once 100$ after, it was repaired. In fact my car is not worth as much as a whole as this (typically super expensive) Tesla repair costed. Teslas suck, are NOT environmental friendly, too expensive and for sure overhyped

Body shops are “slammed” because they make more in storage fees then they do fixing cars 😂
