You have to talk to the stone under the bridge that’s shown in the video, go into the Cave and defeat the glowing rock statue “mother of stone” and then after you beat her go back to the rock, defeat the rock and then you should get the Azure Dust after talking to him again!
I just killed him right now and I did right after I completed chapter 2 (I also killed every single boss till now) use the clone monkeys and freeze him as much as you can too

i fought him when i was at the end of chapter 2
When he's stunned on the ground, get behind him and destroy the lightning vases on his back. Destroying one takes like 20% of his health away.

I killed him when im in middle of chapter 2, buddy got bugged and stuck on the ground, i just spamed m1 to beat his ass and won 🤣
@@derekmorris89 I feel so stupid I was fighting him the entire time without destroying the lightning vases on his back. I still killed him though.
