As for the interview, being a big fan of Hov, I've never been the biggest fan of Jigga when he has spoken in interviews over the years but I liked the way he sounded here. I really doubt the dude felt so inspired by the beat/song theme that he woke up in the middle of the night and sat down with a pen and paper writing the lyrics. Sounds very dramatised
People will understand by the next album that 4:44 was a reintroduction of jay z that's why it was so substantive. It's almost like he's hustling from the beginning of his career. Next album will be much more commercial i think.
