      on the contrary jay-z is the bigger homie on that panel for he started with nothing and black man in America vs Buffet white with a father who was already an investment banker just my opinion !

      I agree with you to a point. The trick was with buffet was he wasn't promised anything and in the 1930's the economy was different. An investment banker back then is not the same as it is now. Jay came up from the streets so the hustle game was the same but different in terms of what you had to hustle.

    Jay has always said that he learns from the best. Warren, Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar, and others Jay has studied from, and Warren mentors Jay on business matters. He's not a stupid man. Learn from others, and improve upon what they've done.

    • @darkskinwhite
      @darkskinwhite 5 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      @Paul I like your comments intention because everyone has much to learn from Warren but just for your records Jay Z did not get rich promoting degeneracy. He got rich by building and investing in businesses actually. Nobody has ever become a billionaire simply by making records. His music, to someone not acclimated, may come across as what you describe it as but he has never once promoted degeneracy of any form (many rappers did for a period of time) but Jay Z has always spoke about negative things from the standpoint of someone trying to teach the poor youth in america who don't otherwise have access to knowledge or education (formal and informal). He talks about those things and descriptively lays out step by step how your life can and will go wrong if you follow through with a life comprised of degenerate actions; and because he has the first hand experience and the proof that from those same circumstances you can arrive at a positive place in life where you are a benefit to society, the people listen to him. Take it from someone who studies lyrics like this as part of their career. I'm not saying you have to listen to Hiphop music, but you're misinformed about it. (Also would like to add that the music that does what you have accused Jay Z of is *not* Hiphop just because they're rappers. Hiphop was started as a form of education and self expression for kids in the ghetto who had what little they possessed taken from them, and they took close to literally nothing in comparison, and turned it into a legitimate artform, form of education, especially on black history, and a multi-billion dollar industry, regardless of what some people have chosen to do with the music portion of Hiphop). It saddens me that after all Jay Z has done for his community, black youth, and everyone else's lives he's touched around the world, all the good he's done for people of all classes and races, that some people will still only acknowledge poor choices he made as a child, even though majority of people would do the same given the circumstances. When he created the opportunities to do so, he has always shown to be a man of great character and a kind heart.

Jay has businesses that are successful, and others that are flops. He didn't just rely on hip hop to get him through.

      Ppl don’t know what they don’t know.
      So a lot of kids only know lil pump. Cause that’s all they know.
      So we have to teach them. :)

      Graham Gunderson Who am I talking down to? Lil Pump fans?
      All I’m trying to say is there is a lot of knowledge out there that are a lot ppl are missing. In particular broke ass ppl. Who will never ever be able to pull themselves out of poverty.
      I’m not sure why you’re mad at me. Lol
      Or maybe you’re too slow to see there might be correlation between listening to trash ass basic ass music like pumps and being stupid?
      I’m not even trying to hate but come on man. That shit seems mad obvious.

    People dont realize this interview was not about success it was about the opportunity these two moguls had warren buffet:lucky to be born in investments Jay-Z:coming from the gritty but as mogul buffet said if he was black he wouldnt have a chance if he was a woman he wouldnt have a chance only thing wrong he believe in luck yadad

  • @SavageLife84

    The reason its these two is because business people respect jay n where he is going.. Its not about the amount of worth its bout respect he came from nothing to bout 800mill... So the interview is from both sides of the spectrum.. The greater story is rags to riches he makes it his business to sit next to the next level

    78billion-Buffet 820million-Carter 400million-Forbes.
    All are extremely wealthy but Buffett is in another galaxy. I don't think people can fathom the actual amount 78 billion is. Shit 400 million is ridiculous. Inspirational to say the least.
