I baked this today and it came out well,I used a 8 inch spring form to get a round and taller cake so baking time i accordingly increased. I also made my usual slight high altitude adjustments necc at 5000 in SW Montana

LOVELY RECIPE!! The cake is so moist and light, while the crumble (with chopped toasted walnuts) is so crunchy I had difficulty cutting the cake! The crumbs were falling apart. I would probably do this as a streusel muffin instead!
I used 0.75x of all the sugar stated in the recipe and it was sweet enough. I followed the written recipe using 150g flour for the crumb - it resulted in wetter blobs. Maybe I'll add more flour the next time. There were too many crumbs on the came so I'll probably reduce the crumb recipe (0.75x). Used 100g yoghurt in place of sour cream. Baked 45mins 160deg celsius in 7x7inch pan.
